Summary
Severus Snape didn't know what was going on with Harry Potter. One minute he was having a seizure and spending the night in the Infirmary, and the next he was gone. Three weeks later, he witnesses the boy miraculously reappear and slay the Dark Lord. Now he's sitting in Albus Dumbledore's office listening to the boy claim that he's from the future and the Master of Death while Voldemort's corpse hovers beside them. Potter has changed and Severus finds himself landed with a boy who isn't the same irritating brat that he once knew.
This was originally titled The Potion Master's Apprentice, written by Athy and abandoned, up for adoption. She has kindly allowed me to take her beautiful idea into my own hands to do with it as I will. It is still here on AO3 and you should go read it. Finding out that Steve knew and didn't tell him pushes him over the edge and he lashes out against the super soldier, but just as Steve is about to retaliate the Winter Soldier takes Tony by surprise, by knocking Steve out and surrendering.The Asset knows that to be free HYDRA must be crushed, and for that to happen his best chance is the resources of Tony Stark, when Captain America shows up in Bucharest the fragmented memories of who he once was tells him that the Captain will protect him and bring him to the Avengers so the Asset goes with him, but when the Captain is about to attack Iron Man with deadly intent he makes a choice and goes against the voices within.
The Asset neutralizes the Captain and surrenders to Iron Man, hoping that he will be able to convince the man to use HYDRA's own weapon to take them down.- Language:

Born from the brain of a frustrated occupational therapist/fanfic author, who hated the fact that medically, the writers got EVERYTHING wrong, this is an attempt to put the Aliyah episode on the straight and narrow. And perhaps ensure a little justice for Tony along the way. Probably not for Ziva fans (but then, neither was the episode, in truth).

Guide Anthony DiNozzo thinks he's had his shot at bonding. He's met "his" sentinel and, for reasons that he doesn't want to talk about, he turned him down. That should be it. After all, if a person doesn't bond with their perfect match, they don't get another chance, right? Tony's former sentinel won't so much as consider bonding with another guide, even to treat his terminal illness.
Leave it to Tony to break all the rules and in doing so, end up in the middle of a goddamned space opera, complete with politics, aliens, and his very own Space Force general.
Okay, so technically, Major General Jonathan "Jack" O'Neill is Air Force, but by the time Tony is done, who knows, there may well be a sixth branch of the military. And who better to lead it than a guy who's saved Earth a few dozen times?

Completely random. No rhyme, no reason, no discernible cost, no obvious benefit. Some people change their decisions, some don’t. But the Manus Dei are a breed apart. They go back years, a decade, more. They serve a patron with purpose and reason, and while the changes in their actions always have great benefits, the personal cost is also great.

Summary
Jack O’Neill’s promotion to Homeworld comes with headaches and a great big heaping of WTF. He needs an investigator yesterday, and since he’s already got enough headaches, he refuses to add more in the form of another attempt to work with AFOSI so figures he’ll try NCIS instead – the Stargate program does have lots of Marines, after all. His foray to the Navy Yard nets him two, because while he may have originally been looking for only one, there is no way he is leaving behind the man that disappeared after saving him in Iraq. Tony is not pleased with his past catching up to him but finds he might just forgive Jack O’Neill when their crossing paths gives Tony what he’s always wanted most.
