The world's most valiant trio of superheroes find themselves stranded half-way across the universe. There is only one way forward—to fight their way through the galaxy in the hopes of somehow returning home.
Which would be a fantastic plan, if they had any real experience with the instability of space, extraterrestrial threats, and the bare minimum requirements of teamwork. But the Justice League is still relatively new and its trinity struggles with the concept of self-love, let alone the love of others.

Usually, when faced with one of Harry's non sequiturs, Kim would intentionally force his face to remain neutral, carefully hiding either confusion or a grin.
This time however, he opened his mouth to speak, then stopped himself before a single word left his lips. His eyebrows creased in a look of intense concentration, while his gaze went right through Harry, then snapped back into focus. Before the lieutenant was able to reign in his expression again, something flickered over his face.

“I could ask you the same question,” Kakyoin scoffs. “I know how to board a bus and get to a hotel on my own, you patronizing-”
“When Jiji said they were sending someone else he seriously meant you?” Jotaro questions, seemingly more to himself than anyone else, considering how he hunches inward, voice so quiet it’s almost hard to hear over the waves.
Kakyoin blinks, the heat of anger pausing in his chest due to overwhelming shock at the pure audacity. Kakyoin blinks again, and the anger resumes, about 20 degrees hotter. “Excuse me?”
