He still doesn’t understand a lot, though, about the exact circumstances of Cas’ marriage or what it means about Cas’ confession to him. Worse, Dean knows it’s just a matter of time before Cas and Sam figure out exactly what he did in his determination to see Cas again. He knows it won’t go over well. It doesn’t help that he hasn’t been able to get even his four hours of sleep since Cas died and can’t talk about the events of that night to Sam or Jack, even now.

The man’s in the middle of explaining something—something about him becoming human (isn’t he human already?), something about an asshat named Dean who threw him out onto the streets, something about why Castiel’s always afraid, always wary not to stay too long even though he wishes that he could.
But Dean doesn’t know what it means.
The man’s voice is quiet, quiet a lot, but he says, “There’s a family picture in Sam’s phone.”
It takes him a while, a lot of Cas explaining to him who Sam is (he forgot again), a lot of explaining that yes, his name’s Dean and that he’s not Sam. A lot of explaining, a lot of whispered things that are gentle and make Dean feel good.
But then he finally sees the picture.

Shen Jiu was counting the time when his master would finally snap and show his true colors.
After the events at the courtyard, Shen Jiu was utterly confused as to why the Young Master Shen acted like that.
At first, Shen Jiu had no interest in whatever his Shen Yuan was up to. As long as he leaves Shen Jiu alone and acts like he doesn’t exist then Shen Jiu is beyond ecstatic. But things started changing when the alpha defended him. Why, though?
Shen Jiu thought that maybe this was all a wicked plan by that bastard. To fool Shen Jiu into believing him to be kind and generous in order to make him lay with him on his own then mocked him right after he got what he wanted from Shen Jiu. Too bad for Young Master Shen, Shen Jiu wasn’t stupid and would not be fooled by such cheap tricks.
After making up his mind as to what Shen Yuan wanted from him, Shen Jiu decided to rip off the hypocritical mask that Shen Yuan wore. He would make sure to snap the hypocrite’s patience and force him to show his true colors.
