This fanfic is an alternative continuation of the Brazilian miniseries Hilda Furacão, originally aired by TV Globo. Everything follows canon up to the moment when the main characters are forced apart. From there, I took the liberty of imagining a different path.

Story takes place two years after the Main Story ends, Akira returns and stays in Tokyo.
Joker works with the original Phantom Thieves except Makoto, who in this Canon, graduated Shujin the year prior.
Haru stayed behind for another year of education, where she met Akira and learned of the Metaverse during her Father's Palace.
Sae underwent her change of Heart.
Shido has been taken down.
Metaverse remains existent due to the Mental Shutdown cases.
Haru and Akira run Leblanc together (as friends)
Futaba and Yusuke work with Mishima on Game Design, with Yusuke as the artist.
Ryuji and Ann are dating and working together at a Sports Store, Ryuji, as the Sports Coach and Ann as the Clothing Model, Shiho assists in the store.
Sojiro retired but helps at Leblanc.
Sae frequents Leblanc after she and Sojiro made up following her Change of Heart.
Morgana remains a cat.
Maruki remains at Shujin. He is dating Kawakami.
Igor remains with Lavenza after the defeat of the Holy Grail.
Joker has Santanael.

When the Phantom Thieves defeated Maruki and destroyed Mementos, they thought that was the end. When they overcame the EMMA incident, they thought that was the end too.
Life just never goes the way you plan, does it?
Despite the Phantom Thieves' many victories, the world is once again thrown into chaos when the Outbreak occurs. Following an earthquake under Japan, the barrier between worlds falls apart at the seams and Shadows begin to flood into the real world, starting in Shibuya and then spreading as more Outbreaks are triggered across the entire world.
As it turns out, the events of the last three years have accidentally brought the Metaverse a little too close to the real world, and now the two begin to merge. Persona-users are using their powers in broad daylight, Shadows lurk in the darkness around every corner, and if you're not careful, you could even end up finding your own Shadow. What happens then? Depends on whether you control it... or it controls you.

Summary

"Why? And where?—Hold on, I'm still wearing my boots." Rubber thunked against the floor, followed by a hissed swear as the second shoe hit the ground. His voice sounded strangled. "Slow down, I have no idea where I'm going."
She paused and shined the flashlight back towards him, agitation replacing her initial confusion. Did he want to die? "I'm taking you to the bathroom with the medicine cabinet. I don't want you passing out from blood loss or shock before you can explain to me what you're doing here, how you're alive, and why it had to be my doorstep."
His laugh turned into a cough. "You've grown teeth, Okumura."
"A lot has changed in nine years," she said with a scowl.
