This is just a drabble with fancy, flowing words on reading a book. At least, they are fancy and flowing in my mind. Kind of experimenting with this and using it for a brain exercise.

Tim was never meant to be Robin. He knew that- he was just a stand-in, someone to be used until Batman was better or another Robin came along- he wasn't family. So, he hid his identity from everyone. No one knew who the third Robin was, not even Batman. Why is it, then, that the Waynes so interested in Timothy Drake? And why now, of all times?
OR: The Batfamily have been trying to lure Agent C back into the family ever since he ran away. It's a slow-going process. In the meantime, Damian has latched onto Timothy Drake, and is teaming up with Dick to try and adopt him. Whether he wants to be adopted or not.

Summary
Jack Drake dies, becomes a ghost, watches his son suffer, and makes one wish: to go back and do better. The universe agrees, because clearly, someone needs to be the emotionally competent adult in the Batfamily.
Now back, Jack is determined to be the father Tim deserves. He just didn’t expect to also end up co-parenting Gotham’s most dysfunctional collection of emotionally stunted vigilantes.
Somehow, he’s become the Batmom and he’s rolling with it.

Summary
After Tim tries to save Batman from himself as he's self-destructing in his grief, Tim is severely injured (to the point of permanent injury). Now Tim is deciding that he will have to become something else to save Batman and Gotham. To honor his hero Robin (the deceased Jason), Tim will become a shadowy figure who builds a team of misfit heroes to combat Gotham's darkness and Batman's grief.
When Red Hood debuts in Gotham, there will be some confusion on Hood's part. Who are the Guards? Why do they not get along with Batman? What is going on? But once he meets them and their leader, he makes a lot of realizations as he grows closer to Sentry and his people.Bookmarked by ConKitten

Summary
