Summary
The weight of what Peter lost is squishing Peter like a sad little spider. Since losing Mr. Stark, and Aunt May, and everyone else, Peter has realized how he actually felt about Mr. Stark. It only makes it hurt more, to never have been able to tell him. Peter’s running himself into the ground, working three jobs, and coming home to a dark, damp apartment. He can’t get it out of his head, how when the multiverse broke open like a rotten fruit, there were universes where he was relatively happy.
He just had to find one where people would still remember him, but had a Peter-shaped space he could fill.
But Peter doesn’t plan on Harley existing instead. Is this a blessing or a curse?Or, the one where Peter comes home, and finds the (confusing and kinky) warmth he needed. Title from Here is Home by Ryn Weaver.

A hundred-year sleep and a complete loss of memory aren’t enough to keep Link from finishing the job he’d left undone. The Calamity is sealed. The worst is over. They’ve even managed to come out of this ordeal without grievous injury, Link and the princess both—even Ganondorf, whose survival should have been impossible.
They’re here now, though, and safe. But as Link very quickly comes to understand, safe doesn’t necessarily mean whole.
His head’s a jumbled up mess these days, but he’s determined to push through it all the same, to figure out this whole After situation. It’s just, getting swept up in Ganon’s very intense presence isn’t really conducive to him thinking straight…
Because the thing is, no matter how hard Link had laughed earlier, no matter how relieved he is that this whole mess is finally over, he still hasn’t shaken that itch in the back of his mind. The hole in his memories is still there, demanding his attention as much as it ever has. The hurry voice isn’t gone. It’s only changed, urging him now to remember instead.

Summary
Peter Parker has been in love with his mentor and friend Doctor Otto Octavius for a while. He isn't planning to do anything about it, until one day Spider-Man and Otto Octavius's paths cross, and Doctor Octavius ends up with a not-so-secret crush on Spider-Man. Now Peter not only has to hide his feelings for Otto, which is getting harder and harder as Otto and Spider-Man grow closer, but he also has to make sure that Otto doesn't find out that Spider-Man and Peter Parker are one and the same person.
Oh yeah, and there's also the fact that three of Spider-Man's worst enemies have broken out from the Raft, and Peter has no idea what they're planning.
Takes place in a vague mix of canons, with whatever versions of Peter and Otto you want to mentally cast.
