Summary
After three months on her own following the battle at Mount Weather, Clarke meets Lexa again, at the head of a new war.
Events force them to return to Arkadia, where Lexa must deal with being kept from her own battles, and Clarke must deal with own feelings regarding both Lexa and returning to her people before she felt ready.
Once there, problems only seem to multiply, until nearly everyone is working to combat one problem or another. (Fun fact, the sky people aren't idiots creating problems that don't need to happen!)
Not S3 compliant, though some S3 plot points remain.

Titus makes an attempt on Lexa’s life but fails. However, Lexa loses the Flame. The Grounder Council believes the Spirit of the Commander has abandoned Lexa because of her policy of Blood must not have blood. She becomes an outcast at the mercy of the new commander. Nou heda noumou.
Lexa is forced to flee Polis.
Now, Lexa's life is in danger and can no longer protect Clarke. They escape Polis but what are their options? Pike is still in Arkadia, ALIE is trying to get more followers and, in all likelihood, Ontari is the new commander.
And the new Heda wants Lexa and Wanheda dead.
