Sean Black, a Zoroark who fled from Unova decades ago, has been content pretending to be a human. He works for a tech company making MRIs, which is interesting enough to him. The other disguised Pokemon in Goldenrod have been seriously considering revealing themselves to humanity, notably the long lived Ninetales. When one his coworkers mysteriously is transformed into a Pokemon by Mew, their plans are greatly accelerated.

Complicated story about zoroark (and all kind of pokemon) blending in a city as humans despite their non-human perspectives. "Politics" and "Not a slice of life" tags very much apply. Everybody needs to be thinking at least two steps ahead at all times to avoid suspicion, and some are better at that than others

Echo Cereus, an Umbreon with a case of selective mutism, is shipped off to the Kalos Kingdom with his estranged brother, Tanuki Cereus, a Flareon with a chronic case of clumsiness. Objective? Study the artifact known as the Evolutionite under the tutelage of the kingdom's rulers. For the socially adverse Echo, the situation looked bleak. Things only go from bleak to dire as he is sent to a small town and has to interact with Pokémon he isn't too fond of.
However, things are never what they seem. There is more to Kalos than what meets the eye. Beneath the pristine surface of the region and the kingdom lie various concerns bubbling to the surface. Discrimination, harmful stereotypes, and dangerous Pokémon become quite noticeable over time. In an unfamiliar place, the estranged brothers can only rely on each other and face the turmoil that's been eating at their relationship since their childhood.

Cute mostly episodic talking pokemon fic with occasional light or heavy drama. Feels like watching a cozy old kids cartoon. Someone commented making a comparison to mlp which feels right.

long form mystery/thriller PMD novel that's shaping up to have some very good characters- and a good touch of horror! I really enjoyed the author's last PMD story (PMD: True Colors) and can already see this has the potential to be even better.
