Summary
The panic attacks started a few weeks after the end of the war. They usually came after a nightmare or when something brought back a bad memory. Catra managed to hide it so far. Whenever it happened it the middle of the day, she portrayed her usual careless face while she dug her nails hard into her palms. Pain was something she was used to, so it helped her focus and pretend everything was fine.

She stood in front of her mirror, trying to organize the loops and strings of the silk set that she'd found on a trip to Elberon with Glimmer. When she bought it she'd never really imagined finding a use for it, but now, with Catra, she wanted to try it on. Adora had never seen herself as the "sexy" type, and before a few weeks ago she had never even considered having sex. So when Catra came into the room to see Adora, hair down and skin bare, all except for a red silk top, matching shorts and the thin string of her underwear peeking above the waistband, she couldn't help but stare.

Mizu and Akemi's first encounter takes a turn from canon, after they had their mini-fight at Madame Kaji’s and Akemi is being pinned down. Akemi figures out that 1. her engagement with Taigen is a sham and 2. that there is no going back to the palace (and also 3. that she is attracted to women - or at least to one hell of a woman). With her exceptional wit, she comes up with an undeniably terrible plan to survive and seduce the only one person who refuses any company at Madame Kaji’s in an attempt to prove herself. This is from Akemi’s side mostly so you will see Mizu’s pronouns changing from he / him to she / her, sorry if that causes confusion!!! Hope the heads up helps

Since Horde Prime's defeat, she and Catra have had only rare moments alone together, but when the most urgent projects finally reach their completion, there's time for everyone to stop and celebrate. To commemorate the rebellion's victory, a lively party is held in Bright Moon's courtyard.
When Catra sneaks away from the celebration, Adora follows, and they find themselves alone in their shared room at Bright Moon. For the first time in Adora's life, she can slow down and evaluate where their relationship stands. She can find out where she and Catra want it to go. And now Adora may finally be able to share the passion that she's been so desperate, but nervous, to reveal.
Essentially, this is an extremely self-indulgent, detailed, and long-winded account of Adora and Catra's first time.

“I was just trying to help,” she said, earnest and aching. “Everyone needs—”
“And you always have to be the one to do it,” Catra snapped, the sarcasm biting now. “Because Gods forbid anyone else handle something.”
“That’s not fair,” Adora said, guilt flaring hot. She could feel her faceburning up. “I’m doing this for us. For Etheria.”
Catra laughed, short and humorless. “Right. Because I’m not part of that.”
“That’s not what I meant!”
“Isn’t it?”
OR
Years of abuse and drastically different mindsets lead to much miscommunication between our useless lesbians. After all, peace is just quieter war. And for Catra and Adora, the war is internal.
