Summary

At age seven, Kei woke up after his father’s funeral with a mysterious, uncooperative black ghost at his side. He spends most of his high school career trying to ignore it. At least, until he’s forced to help an enthusiastic superhero wannabe prevent a full scale war between humans and scions.
Caught between the tides of political tension, rising stakes, and that pesky thing called feelings, the two of them might just start a revolution themselves.

Summary

Lucanis says nothing for several moments. Then, “Why?”
Fahad shrugs, trying to seem aloof, but he knows he isn’t fooling Lucanis, and he certainly isn’t fooling himself. “We’re uneven now, aren’t we? You think I know more about you than you know about me. When Spite pulled me into your mind, or the Fade, or whatever that was. It’s an unequal exchange between us now.”
