Earth barely managed to avoid its own annihilation thanks to the last second assistance of new alien visitors. Slowly, civilizations that had been nearly destroyed through nuclear warfare, famine, and disease are rebuilt with the Autobots' help.
But the Autobots' assistance isn't entirely altruistic. Earth has something they want. Because mixed with the millions of others are humans with spark signatures and the potential to become sparklings. And the Autobots who had believed they were doomed to a slow extinction, have no intention of letting their new little ones go.

Summary
Frequency wakes up early in the morning, the Decepticon ship approaching earth. He'd never been so close to where the autobot were stationed, and he wasn't going to ruin his chances of finally being the Decepticon Soundwave hoped he'd be.
Except all his ambitions fly out of the window when he hears a smooth vocalizer singing some catchy pop song.

“You don’t get to decide my fate. You don’t get to decide I’m done. If I stopped every time something bigger than me said ‘enough’, I wouldn’t have lasted three wars. You’re not my god, and even if you were, I wouldn’t listen to you.”
Primus was all knowing maybe, but just like he said, he wasn’t all powerful. Primus couldn’t send him back. But Sam could.
Worst case scenario, he evaporates into nothingness, but at least that would be better than spending an eternity here, watching everyone he loves die, watching as another version of himself enjoys everything he had been fighting for.
Was it dramatic? Probably. But Sam was young, he was meant to be dramatic. And for his family, he’s done crazier things.
Or: Sam gets transported to the Transformers Prime universe and ends up messing up fate's plans for its inhabitants, for the better, or for the worse.

Summary
Sam Witwicky and ancient relics had never exactly had the most stable of... err, relationships, for lack of a better word. To be specific, Cybertronian relics. To be even more specific, Sam Witwicky, Matrixes and the Primes.
After accomplishing what he first thought would be a suicide mission, Sam was whisked away to Cybertron, in a new frame, with new abilities, an old friend/pain in the aft stuck in his head, and a mission to save a world before doomed to destruction and death.
How saving and raising the sparkling, youngling and mechling selves of former allies, family and sworn enemies is supposed to do that, he has no idea. Well, at least they're cute.Hey, no no no, don't touch that!
His children are going to deactivate him before any mysterious great evil ever gets the chance! -

Summary
The Autobots failed, Megatron was able to gain possession of the Allspark and planned to use it's powers to Cyberform the entire earth. The Allspark however had other plans, reviving Jazz and a human ally of the Autobot's it sends the two back in time to Cybertron's golden age, right before war broke out. The two are tasked with stopping Cybertron from being destroyed by war, no pressure though!
For our little human she got the short end of the stick- literally, for some reason she is stuck as a little Sparkling presumably until her and Jazz fix the future. Well, surely that won't cause any problems, right?
Aka Jazz experiences the joys of parenthood while trying to save his entire race from extinction.
