Summary
Reader is a broke, recently graduated, individual who is down on their luck. Struggling with the daily grind and responsibilities she finds herself turning to her comfort characters in the form of the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, and falls asleep listening to the familiar tales. Upon waking up she begins to notice that things are quite different from when she fell asleep. After an unfortunate encounter, the reader finds herself in the Avengers tower meeting her heroes. However the times seem to be different. It’s actually right after the battle of New York instead of the present day. Does this mean that she can change some fates? And how does she change the timeline and what was supposed to happen? Can she save the characters that have saved her?

One day, you began to see ghosts. You thought ignoring them would be the best course of action, but how can you do that when 'Geto Suguru', a character that's not supposed to exist in your world, suddenly came to your job and evaporated the ‘ghosts’ surrounding you?
It didn't just stop there. You began meeting the others, who stuck close to you just like these ghosts did, and now you are torn between wanting nothing from this world and being beside these characters that you identified from the start.
Out of all the series to be in, you just had to be in the world where everything feels normal even if the world is close to ending.

Quackity has a gift. His mother had called him a seer, but most people just called them both fucking crazy. Which they probably were, in all honesty. Quackity couldn’t remember the last time he’d felt like a functioning human being. His adult life consisted of a drug fueled haze, nonsensical conversations, and the occasional demand from the police station that he assist in solving the cases they were too stupid to solve. It’s ridiculous, see? He wished he’d just kept his mouth shut.
When Sam stops by to drag him along on another stupid case, Quackity expects nothing more than a monotonous day of pretending he was some kind of detective instead of the boy who cried ghost. What he finds instead is much more interesting. Drawn into the chase of a strange serial killer and even stranger ghosts, Quackity finds himself working side by side with a team from the FBI that might just give strange a run for its money.
It’s a break from his regular routine. One that he never wanted, but also one that he doesn’t mind as much as he thought he would. Sue him. That married couple was hot and Quackity would always be an opportunist at heart.

Quackity looked up at the group, the first sign of tears and a smile breaking out on his face.
“I got in” he said, turning the letter around to show them.
“I got into Harvard law!” He then cheered and the table broke out cheering and yelling. All the other customers in the dinner turned to look at them with annoyed looks.
“Let’s go!” Sapnap hugged Quackity close, almost lifting him from his seat.
“That’s our boyfriend! The Harvard student!” Karl cheered loudly and giggled excited.
“I am a goddamn genius!” Quackity said, practically shaking and jumping in his seat, his hands were shaking with all the build up excitement.
“Cambridge better watch out with you running wild” George laughed and leaned back in his seat, grabbing his milkshake.
“What?” Quackity blinked and the fog of euphoria in his brain seemed to stop.
