Grian had given them his name. Why? He couldn't have explained it, he still didn't understand it himself. All he knew was that he was trying to understand this, understand any of this, even as it continually seemed to slip from any kind of explanation. Even now, he'd been given a task after over a week belonging to them, and what was he doing? Being to leisurely. To comfortable.
Who had told you that was alright? Had they? Was everything they did implying it? You know you can’t trust those words, those intentions, they’re always dual, always conflicting and you know that, you do, so why?
Why are you daring to look them in the eye and hope it's all wrong regardless?

Summary
Falling stars really aren't stars at all.
Really, they're just small pieces of rocks or ice that burn up in Earth's atmosphere, leaving burning streaks behind them as they cross the sky. These are known as meteors. And sometimes, those meteors last long enough to crash onto the surface, and those are called meteorites. Usually, those are no bigger than a fist even if they can get rather large.
A man in a spacesuit crashing to Earth is neither of those things. In fact, most people would call that a pretty big problem. The media called it a stunt by a new villain on the rise, and scientists called it a miracle the man was even alive.
Tango just called it a really bad day.

Summary
Scar, Hawkeye, is a city and world famous superhero hired by the government to protect the people of Emerald City. Protecting people day and night from hybrids and mutants from the undercity are strictly banned from the surface, and shunned from everyone above ground.
Grian, Xelqua, is a hybrid avian vigilante trying to show people hybrids and mutants aren’t so bad and deserve a chance at life on the surface just like anyone else. Protecting his family and identity as a hybrid for a living, and running from the police, and occasionally teasing Hawkeye in his free time.
They’re both teachers at a college and surprisingly good friends for how much they bicker and tease one another when they’re superheroes together. Unable to find out each other’s identities, they’re both searching for what the other is trying to achieve.
Along with Grian having a small crush on Scar, his coworker and Hawkeye, known as HotGuy having a bigger crush on his sidekick, also known as CuteGuy.
