“Cold?” Bakugou teased, eyeing Deku.
“Yeah.” He couldn’t let Bakugou figure out what was happening. Or any of the others, for that matter. Maybe he could tell Todoroki since they had always been close, but Deku didn’t want anyone to know how weak he really was.
“You good, man?” Sero asked, leaning forward to look at him better. “You seem a bit pale.”
“It’s the lighting,” Deku deflected. He knew Sero was right; he could feel the blood draining from his face as the pain continued on. It had spread from his arm to his entire body. His arm and back were the main things bothering him, but his entire body was throbbing with a dull ache. Advil didn’t do jack shit, and neither did Tylenol.
“I dunno. You look awful. No offense.” Kaminari looked at him, his brows furrowed in worry.
“Yeah, if you’re not feeling well, you can tell us,” Kirishima pressed.
“I’m fine, guys, really. Just tired. That’s all.” Part of him felt bad for lying to them, but it was better than telling the truth.
“If you say so.” Kirishima obviously didn’t believe him, but he thankfully dropped the topic.

Izuku bites at his lip. His hold on Katsuki’s shoulders unconsciously pull the Alpha in, pull him closer, while his Omega bristles at the thought.
“Would I miss it?” Katsuki husks, moving his head down to caress Izuku’s nose with his own. “Sure. I’d miss how your body was handcrafted for me, way up high beyond the stars.”
“K-Kacchan—”
“I’d miss how sweet you smell when you and your crybaby tears let me know when I’ve found the perfect angle to fuck—not that I don’t know it by heart anyway.” He smirks smugly, a hand making its way back up and under Izuku’s shirt to skim the soft skin of his back.
“I’d miss how loud you are, especially when you try not to be. Drives me crazy, you know?” He rolls his hips into Izuku’s once he steps forward into the Omega’s space again. He watches as Izuku buries a tiny, sharp fang into his bottom lip before bending down enough to sink his own there right after. “Nothing makes me feel like I’m the best more than knowing I can make this perfect body tick.”
Or: Every heat, Katsuki tries to reignite the flames that dimmed after the birth of their twins. He hopes he can get through this time.

There’s an air of confidence he blankets himself with that has Katsuki’s Alpha salivating. “Did you ever stop to think that maybe, if the sex was as ‘bad’ as you’re saying it was… that it could have been because his dick wasn’t in it?”
The ex’s lip curls, glaring in tandem.
“And maybe it wasn’t in it,” Izuku continues, growing more bold as the opposing Omega’s scent curdles with every vocal jab, “because it wanted to be in me.”

Since breaking up with his ex after overhearing a conversation he wasn't mean to, Katsuki's sexual confidence hasn't been the same. Midoriya Izuku tends to fix that, and show not only Katsuki, but the Alpha's cheating ex-partner and everyone else just how amazing his Kacchan is.
