“What?”
“Dinner,” Rozanov says, “Is meal you eat in evening. You have it?”
“You’re asking me if I eat dinner?”
Rozanov tilts his head. “My English is not so bad, I think.”
“No, it isn’t,” Shane says, although he’s still confused by Rozanov’s question. After a beat, where all he can focus on is Rozanov’s thick eyebrows, Shane confirms: “Yes, of course I eat dinner.”
“Good. Me too.” Rozanov is still smirking. Shane’s starting to think it might be his default expression. “We have that in common: playing hockey and eating dinner.”

When Ilya gets a text from Shane in the hospital that just says “I’m so sorry,” he has no idea what to think. He expects the worst, except he doesn’t know what the worst possibly is.
Ten minutes later Ilya receives a text from a phone number without a contact. His heart seems to stop as he opens it.
“Ilya Rozanov,” it reads, and then on another line, “this is Yuna Hollander, Shane Hollander’s mother. I’m inviting you to dinner at Montoya's at 5:30pm tonight. It is private and quiet. Please be there.”
Shane accidentally spills the beans to his parents while high on pain meds and Ilya has to have dinner with them alone.

Buck just let his head fall back. “Aw, man. I really, really didn’t plan that on spending hours on hours in the ER today.”
Eddie watched as an idea seemed to form in his friend’s mind, as he suddenly sat up straight again and sought out Eddie’s eyes.
“Wait a minute, can’t you stitch me up?”
What?
“What?!”
That had been eloquent.
Buck cuts himself while on blood thinners (no lawsuit! I hated that tension) and somehow convinces Eddie to stitch him up.

“I need you to kiss me, Kitty.” He told her. Behind her, Q choked and snorted into his drink. Florian jumped in surprise, smacking his back as he coughed. Kitty’s brows shot up in surprise.
“I’m sorry, what?” She blurted in bewilderment. Minho felt that panic creeping back in and he huffed.
“Kitty, please.” he pleaded, voice bordering on desperation which was not like him. Kitty’s expression fell and that worry was back. Her eyes moved away from Minho’s before trailing over his shoulder, locking with a dirty blonde-haired jock sitting at the bar, glaring daggers into Minho’s back.

What if at Minho's Madness Party, he runs into a jock who seems to take an interest in him and he has to turn to Kitty, his enemy to act as his girlfriend just to get the creep off of his back. Long story short, it reveals some complicated feelings, and Kitty, Q, and Florian are left to find and save Minho's ass from the guy they'd seen eyeing him up from the bar earlier. Only the situation is a lot more serious than any of them expected, putting Minho at serious risk.
Luckily, Kitty doesn't play about the people she cares about.

Christopher thrusts his empty wrapper at Buck, then stares expectantly at him until Buck finishes his own ice cream. Buck tries hard not to laugh. Christopher is eager to continue their tour of the zoo, even though this isn’t their first or dozenth time here, and Buck appreciates the little boy’s enthusiasm, loves that it hasn’t dimmed no matter how many times he sees the same animals. Buck could do with looking at the world with the same childlike wonder, instead of stressing and worrying about worse-case scenarios. It’s the nature of the job, he knows, but maybe he should take some lessons from Christopher.
“Ready to go, kid?” he asks, biting back a smile at Christopher’s put-upon sigh.
“Yes!” He jumps off the bench, then sighs when Buck pulls him between his knees to attack him with a napkin. He has chocolate smeared all over his face. “Buck,” he whines, fidgeting and huffing impatiently.
“Okay, okay. Hold your horses.”
“I don’t have any horses.” His little nose scrunches, and Buck laughs. “Come on! Tigers next, Buck!”
Ruffling Christopher’s messy curls, Buck stands and hands Christopher his crutches. “All right, Superman. Lead the way.”
