Summary
Killua’s roommate, Gon, is a demon from Hell attending a religious college and Killua is determined to get to the bottom of this.
Problems arise when Gon refuses to return to Hell, and thus spawns the Unholy Trinity: Hisoka, Chrollo, and Meruem. They arrive to drag Gon back kicking and screaming if they have to—but not before cleaning up the mess Gon left behind as he was learning how to be human.

Summary
Gon’s summer is marked by the usual things: half-melted slushies from the 7-11, more closing shifts than he’d like, and an endless parade of girls to have fun with.
He’s thrown for a loop when Killua Zoldyck joins the team at the rental store, and suddenly work is looking a lot different. Killua is an enigma from outside of their small suburban town, and Gon can’t seem to stay away.

Summary
Werewolf arc:
It's been several years since Killua left Gon. After a vicious wolf attack and an equally awful fight between Killua and Gon, Gon hasn't recovered. In fact, the attack left him emotionally wounded and, more or less, a werewolf. Mortified that he's become the thing he hated most, Gon must cope with his nature as a carnivore. To do that, he needs Killua's help to acclimate him to the changes.
Heaven's Arena arc:
Killua's priorities have shifted with his newfound, unintentional crush on Gon. To compensate for it, he returns to Heaven's Arena to participate in demon pit fighting with hopes of funding his next attempt at light magic. All the while, Hisoka becomes a nuisance with a hidden agenda. With Hisoka as a constant threat on Killua life, will Gon and his accidental ragtag team of packmates be able to help Killua achieve light magic?
Kurapika's arc:
After inadvertently joining Gon's ragtag pack, Kurapika's own priorities have shifted. They had spent the past several years helping run Leorio's supernatural restaurant, but Hisoka's interference leads to a "chance" encounter with a dangerous, ancient species of demon that Kurapika never expected to meet, let alone fall for.

Summary
Killua Zoldyck’s carefully crafted strategy to graduate early was all going according to plan. Until the beginning of his last scheduled year, when his academic advisor decided to share that he was missing all of his required athletics credits. And that all gym classes were full for the year. And, no, scanning into the workout center once a week could not count for credit.
What could count for full credit, though, was being a practicing athlete on a university sports team for a minimum of two semesters. Great news for the men’s baseball coach whose team desperately needed a new pitcher and was willing to give opposite-of-athletic Killua a shot. No hitting required, minimal fielding promised, and an unexpectedly killer curveball later, and Killua had a #99 jersey with his last name on it.
The issue? Killua knew nothing about baseball. Luckily for him, team captain and catcher Gon Freecss had selflessly volunteered to teach Killua everything he needed to know about the game outside of practices.
Luckily for him, Killua loved study sessions. And baseball pants. And maybe the fact that things didn’t always go according to plan.

Summary
The Whale Island Observatory offers one of the most coveted internships in the country, and it just so happened to land on Killua Zoldyck, a recently graduated astronomy student who has worked his ass off for this internship ever since he entered university, vowing that he’ll go back to the island where his passion for astronomy started.
It’s a shame that in between trying to keep himself afloat and raising enough money to free his sisters from their family, he lost sight of the love he once had for the stars.
Too good of an opportunity to pass up, and the fact that the money would afford him a new life with his sisters, Killua decided to accept the internship anyway—though he swore to quit as soon as the internship is over. Why would he force himself to go through something he’s forgotten how to enjoy? It’s not like he has something worth staying for.
Then enter Gon Freecss, the long-lost childhood friend Killua met years ago, who seemed to be more excited about the internship than he is.
… Well, damn. Maybe this internship wouldn’t be so bad, after all.
