Summary
When House is hospitalized after a suspected Vicodin overdose, House is strongly against this absurd idea. He makes Wilson a bet: the hospital’s tests for an overdose will come out negative.
House wins the bet. As it turns out, this is not a victory.
He loses, in more ways than one, when it becomes apparent that whatever hospitalized him will uproot his entire way of life.

Summary
After his fight with Nai, Vash is brought back home by Luida. His recovery after the incident is quick, but that doesn't change the fact that his arm is gone and won't come back. Which, in a world as harsh as his, is a serious disadvantage.
From this conundrum, the concept of Vash's prosthetic is born. He'll need two arms, after all, if he wants to survive in this world.
If Brad had it his way, he'd make the kid a gun for a hand, just so that no one will screw with him again. Unfortunately, Vash is made of love and peace - and he won't let Brad rest until his new hand is fit for giving fist bumps and high fives.
