Nathaniel is lonely.
So lonely, in fact, that he tries to summon a Familiar to keep him company (and maybe give him some tips on how to not fuck up while trying to flirt with someone.) But a small mistake leads to him accidentally summoning a demon instead, and worse still, he's now bound to it in a kind of magical blood-marriage-pact-thing. And now he needs to keep them hidden.
Shenanigans ensue as Nathaniel has no choice but to help his newfound partner adapt to modern life, while still doing his best to dodge all the questions about why he's so distant with people now. And when Nathaniel properly ends up falling for Marc - well, things get more complicated.
