Summary
Loki didn’t fall from the rainbow bridge alone. His husband Einar jumped with him. They fought New York side by side until both of them were stopped by the Avengers. This story begins in Asgard right after Thor brings his brother and his brother's husband in front of Odin for their punishment. When Odin sentences Loki’s husband to death, Loki is left completely alone. Loki doesn’t know how he would survive now, left alone while pregnant. That’s when Thor gets an idea, but what is that idea?
This is my first Frostiron fanfic ever so bear with me. Hope you enjoy this story. Title from the song DIE ANOTHER DAY by Blind Channel.

Summary
In front of the rest of the rest of the court, including his brother and mother Loki has been sentenced to be forgotten by Asgard's history. He is erased from their paintings and texts, no one was to mention his name any longer and he no longer had claim to the Odinson name. Along with this banishment from Asgard, no further contact with any of his former family and stripped of his magic. A lenient sentence in some of their eyes. However...Loki knew Odin would not make things that easy for him.
After being forgotten by the golden realm and no one knowing to look for him, again, Loki is locked up and sealed into his room on Asgard after Odin mercilessly rips his children away from him while Loki can do nothing, but watch. When Thor is coronated he is looking forwarding to being able to make his own decision and visit his brother and yet...when he finds the broken man his brother has become...he wonders if it is to late. If he will ever hear his brother's voice again.

It started, Thor believed, one Midgardian month ago. As much as it pained the prince to think of his brother that way, the fact was that many on Asgard would consider Stark and the rest entitled to take Loki as they wished. Yet still, Loki was a prince and Thor’s brother and the Thunderer would not stand by as his brother was hurt in such a way.

A low moan caught in his chest, knees shaking, sinking a fraction of an inch down the glass.
Tony noticed Loki’s gaze immediately showing how he seemed too tired to express much emotion anymore. It was almost a defeated look which made Tony immediately uneasy. He didn’t know exactly how teleportation worked but he took a mental note.
“Your magic must be trying to kill you.” Tony couldn’t help but joke, however, just thinking about it for a second did make it all make sense. Tony was the only one here and was probably the only avenger to ever be willing to help the god like this.
Or Loki's magic takes him somewhere safe to have his newest bundle of joy, much to the chagrin of Tony Stark.
