Summary
After Thor rejected Loki's love, the younger prince finds himself with his brother's friend Fandral. It wasn't supposed to be anything big, but despite his heart still belonging to his brother, Loki finds something with the warrior that he is craving. Thor, however, doesn't like seeing his brother with his friend and loses it on Loki, causing everything to spiral out of control and Loki to face a heartbreak even worse than before.

Thor watched as Thanos's merciless grip around his brother's throat tightened, the life draining from Loki's eyes as the mad Titan crushed his neck; pierced his best friend’s heart, slaughtered his people and took away the only family he still had left. He watched as the flames consumed his home, reducing everything he cherished to ashes, while the Grandmaster’s ship crumbled into oblivion.
He begged the Norns for a second chance as he clung onto his once-again-brother’s cold dead body, his cries for mercy swallowed by the inferno.
He wished, and when he opened his eyes back in his room in his long-destroyed home-land, six months after Loki’s fall into the void; he knew he had to change everything. He was given a second chance, and he wouldn’t live to regret it this time.
