"There's some suits here asking for you specifically, said they dropped by your house.”
"What do you mean people with suits are looking for me? Why would they need me? You're the Sheriff." Carefully pulling the next looping stitch through the small laceration on the little boy's arm.
"Yeah.. well they have some official looking files with them, so I would hurry up what you're doing and get here before they sniff you out at your clinic.”
Finishing another stitch, he grumbled, "Give me ten minutes and I'll be there, just stall them Mike. You're good at that."
Mater's green eyes lit up as he ripped the ruby red lollipop out of Doc’s hand.

Rip felt a sudden change in the air as he trotted his dark bay horse leisurely back toward the Yellowstone Ranch. He had just finished moving pairs of heifers with Lloyd over to pasture 9 — when the sensation left him damn near breathless. It was heavy, weighing him down, like electric static calcifying the area with the anticipation of a brewing violent storm.
He knew what this meant.
She was back. Beth.

I decided to make this a series!! Of unfortunate events to happen to Osha and company during the elusive Padawan years haha! It will focus on a lot of wink wink father daughter moments between Sol and Osha, but other characters will be involved as well. It is pretty much canon compliant with the show regarding the fire and Mae but for the sake of fanfiction let’s just pretend the Jedi probably didn’t do some horrible thing to the coven… yikes 😬 hope you enjoy!

His thumbs trace the lines of her tears. “It means that you’re human, Yelena.”

After a midday stroll with Lucky, the one eyed dog, Kate decides to call her old friend Yelena to catch up. She inadvertently interrupts Yelena's shopping trip with her new boyfriend. Or her 'just a friend', if Yelena is to be believed. Fortunately, Kate does not believe her and is absolutely going to get Yelena to admit that Bob, with his puppy eyes and contagious smile, is more than a friend.
This is just a little fluffy crack between Kate and Yelena because I love their chaotic dynamic in Hawkeye.
