Chrissy Carroll can talk to ghosts. She can control corpses (kinda). She’s pretty good with a sword, and thinks fast on her feet. But she’s up against all that the occult underground can throw at her (sorcerers, alchemists, werewolves, the man who murdered her family, etc) and she’s going to need something more: the assistance of motherfucking Dracula. Yup, that’s right, Dracula’s in this one. And also there’s the aforementioned sorcerers/alchemists/werewolves, as well as sword fights, lesbianism, questionable pacts with demons, the power of friendship, and shitty reality television. That’s right bitches… it’s time to shift into Occult Overdrive!!!
Occult Overdrive is minimally-edited, more-or-less-unplanned literary urban fantasy battle shonen, served directly from my heart to yours. It’s unclear how long this will receive updates, or when those will be (UPDATE: EVERY SUNDAY, BABEY), but stay tuned. Because Dracula’s gonna be in this one. Well I mean technically it’s going to be Vlad Tepes. But not a particularly historically accurate one. So it’s a lot easier to just say Dracula. He’s gonna be here. It’s gonna be awesome.

He's sick, starving, and has no Eridian native to introduce him, but he's going to save Rocky's planet no matter what. After that... he supposes all that's left is for him to die. He's nearly out of food and Yao's gun is still tucked away safely in the Hail Mary's storage.

Caseless and restless, John and Sherlock attempt to occupy their time with other things. Like, for example, making waffles from scratch. But, when Sherlock gets a mysterious package in the mail, the dull moments of peace are threatened by what feels like an impending doom. A feeling which John just can't seem to shake. What could go wrong??
This fic is my attempt at adapting one of my favorite cases from the original stories. I do realize it is very possible Sherlock & Co will adapt this case eventually, so this is simply my own take on it.
