Illuga casually begins to douse the wound in antiseptics as if he didn't just awaken something feral inside Flins. "I'll carry you back to Piramida once I wrap this. You'll stay in my home until you're cleared to return to work."
Oh dear, Flins thinks to himself, I could get used to this...
tldr: Illuga treats Flins's injury, and Flins ends up discovering a new kink in the process. Also Illuga demands to know what exactly Flins is and will find out any way possible.

At some point, one of you is going to have to say something!"Alhaitham figures out his sexuality at fourteen years old. It takes Kaveh nearly twice as long. That doesn't stop Kaveh from making out with Alhaitham all over Sumeru in the interim.

Summary
Valuka Shuna mated for life. It was romantic in theory. In practice, there were many horror stories about Valuka Shuna who fell in love with imposters, criminals, etc and were left to spend the rest of their days heart broken and alone. After all, Valuka Shuna were rare. Most ended up falling for humans and the humans were not bound to this life long mating cycle.
Tighnari was practical. When he heard the horror stories of cousins going through despair due to being separated from someone who should have been a lifelong partner, he decided he didn’t need it. He didn’t need the distraction. He didn’t need the anxiety that a human would easily walk away from him while he was left to carry the coffin of their love on his back. He didn’t need the headache of trying to find someone who may only betray him.
His father would tell him, “Tighnari, you’ll be fine as long as you don’t rush it. Don’t make yourself fall in love just to be with someone like others. When you find someone who is really your person, you’ll know.”
When Tighnari meets Cyno, he has no doubt that he is the most beautiful person he will ever see but refuses to fall easily when Cyno doesn't even realize he would need to offer him forever.

Although maybe by the stove it was warmer. That must be the case because Cyno refused to think that Tighnari was blushing as he pushed at Malik.
And Cyno strained to hear, but definitely heard Malik when he whispered to Tighnari, “I kind of like calling you master, Master Tighnari.”
Cyno’s eyes darted to Collei who looked equally uncomfortable at the exchange, shifting in her seat and pointedly looking into her tea. Cyno nudged her gently. He and Collei excelled at communicating with body language and facial expressions to be discreet around Tighnari since any whispering would definitely be heard. He gave her a look that read very clearly: ‘what the hell is that?’
It is Cyno's job to make puns and take care of Tighnari. When a new comer starts challenging him and flirting with Tighnari, Cyno is forced to confront his own feelings as he learns more about Valuka Shuna anatomy.

Kaveh makes a delighted sound as he’s pulled further up against Nari’s chest. Relaxing when the Valuka Shuna presses his face into the blonde’s throat. “You’re not going to fuck me unconscious too, are you?”
“Of course not.” Tighnari laughs. Sliding his lips down to kiss at Kaveh’s neck. The touch chaste and easy. “I wouldn’t do that to you.”

“Home?” Flins whispers, as though the word is foreign in his mouth.
Varka reaches out to roll a strand of dark hair between his fingers, “Yes, to Mondstadt.”
Flins hums, closing his eyes.
“Very well then,” Flins nods, “Bring me home, Grand Master.”
Flins follows Varka back home to Mondstadt and relearns how to live as an ordinary human.
