    'I have a Plan,' Oropher announced. 'In fact, it is both brilliant and original,’ he added with pride.

    Maedhros put down the pot of red paint and looked at Oropher. 'Hm. I also have a Plan,' he admitted. 'This,' he nodded towards the drying paint, 'is just a distraction and gets me away from the family. My actual plan is brilliant but…not exactly… original.'

    Oropher tilted his head with interest. 'Do you mean someone has done it before?'

    Maedhros actually twitched and his admittedly very handsome face looked positively sheepish. 'Um. Yes. Me.'

    'Ah, did it work then?'

    'Er.. not really.'

    'Oh?' Oropher nodded wisely wondering why Maedhros would repeat a mistake he had made before.

    'And it is probably not …' Maedhros hesitated. 'Wise.'

    Oropher nodded encouragingly. He liked the sound of that. 'My favourite.'

    Oropher leads the protest for Rebirth and Return from Mandos. Maedhros joins in.
