Summary
Harry is brought carefully out of a vision by Snape and Theo, soothed by them in a way that still lets him fall apart, but doesn't allow him to shatter entirely.He is looked after, and it makes recovering so much easier.

Theo shuffles even closer, now shoulder to shoulder with Harry, giving him a fresh wave of strength, though the taller teen likely doesn't know it. Harry still lists back slightly, hoping to convey his gratitude and acknowledgement with the weight of it.
From the huff of breath that warms his neck, shuddering over his skin, the message gets across.

Harry doesn't respond this time, just thumps his head against Snape's shoulder once again, heedless of how it makes his headache briefly worse, sparks sharp and hot against the back of his eyelids. There's an arm around his back, bracing him close and careful.
Snape doesn't push him away even though there is surely blood smearing onto his robes, his glasses surely digging in, and Harry is trembling fiercely enough to have his two companions shuddering from the sheer strength of it.

Set at the start of book five. The ever-busy Dumbledore is a little delayed in sending that howler to Petunia, and so when Vernon insists that Harry needs to leave the house as he's clearly a danger to the family, Harry is packed and down the road with no protest, causing the blood wards to break. The Dursleys instantly become a vulnerable target for Death Eaters, and Harry himself is snatched by a Death Eater, but it's Severus Snape and this is coming from a Severitus writer so you've likely already figured out where all of this is going.

Snape didn’t start giving Harry Occlumency lessons because he wanted to help him. He did it because it’s what the headmaster told him to do.
