Summary
Commander Wolffe of the 104th shifted anxiously as their flagship left hyperspace. His General tilted his head questioningly at Wolffe, as it had been a while since Wolffe was openly nervous about a mission. But this wasn't any mission. This wasn't even their normal mission of rescuing the 501st or 212th. Those missions he could handle. Rex and Cody were in steady contact with him and could very much handle themselves. They were rescuing the 104th, which on paper, had no connection to Wolffe. Wolffe should not be antsy about this mission. He should be detached from the mission entirely, hoping to save his brothers but only being saddened if he was unsuccessful. On paper.

Summary
Indra was there, staring at the comm in absolute silence. Everyone else stilled around him, even the men that despised him. The order was confusing. Not in the words. It was clear what the order was. But in the principle. It didn't make sense. Indra was a Captain, an engineer at that. He was vital, hard to replace. Having been forced into a combat role, Indra had managed, while not great, to keep the battalion running. Onyx helped, but he was also stretched thin due to inaccurate estimates, intel, and equipment. Onyx was doing his best to gather the information the Admiral refused to share, maintain the inventory, and also creating plans that the Admiral would eventually veto.
"Did you hear me, Captain?" asked the Admiral. Onyx was standing stock still over the Admiral's shoulder, concerning Indra. Onyx was rarely perfectly still, and he had never looked like a statue. His finger was twitching, and Indra was focusing on that when the Admiral interrupted.
"Yes, sir," said Indra.
"Then repeat it back to me, so I know you understand completely," said the Admiral.
Indra replied, "I will remain here while the rest of the battalion retreats and hold the ground until we have been reinforced, sir."

Bringing his giant snout close to Jungkook’s face, Namjoon breathed out a gust of warm air that was infused with that calming, smoky scent. “Jungkook, be still. ” The pressure on his body from Namjoon's giant claw on top of him and his smoky breath were enough to calm him, and Jungkook’s wolf immediately obeyed the command and stilled. In fact, his head jerked itself to the side of its own accord, baring his neck to the massive beast. Through gritted teeth, Jungkook forced himself to speak, desperate to stop Namjoon from leaving him. “Don’t...go…”

Jeon Jungkook, the maknae pup of the Kim pack, still has not presented his sub-gender although he has long passed the usual age of maturity. Not only that, his presence also disrupts the heat/rut cycles of his packmates, causing them physical discomfort and pain. Although his pack still loves him, Jungkook runs away to avoid hurting them, almost dying in the process, but finds unexpected refuge with an intense but caring dragon named Namjoon. Will the dragon be able to cure Jungkook's condition so that he can finally present and experience real love for the first time?
