The man screamed, ragged and raw, and flung Blitz like he was a bothersome rag. Blitz flew. The pendant flew. Blitz's head cracked against a conveyor belt, and he blacked out for a heartbeat before he managed to turn onto his side and catch sight of his skull charm flying.
"Millie!"
Blitz froze.
The pendant was on a conveyor belt leading away from Blitz, away from the fight, nestled between two packages. Moxxie's scream was guttural.
Blitz's head pounded. He turned.
One of the humans had Moxxie by the back of his coat, flailing in the air. Three other humans, including the one that had thrown Blitz, had Millie surrounded. One of them was holding Moxxie's gun and aiming it at Millie. Millie was crouched. Her axe was gone. She growled at the humans like a feral cat.
Blitz sent one last desperate look at his skull pendant. Then he bent his legs and launched himself into the air toward Millie and Moxxie.

Or: Lucifer learns physical touch really gets under Alastor's skin. To appease Charlie, he starts showering Alastor with hugs and the like whenever he pisses him off. That way, Charlie is none the wiser to what he's doing, and Alastor gets a taste of his own medicine.
..The problem begins when Alastor starts seeking him out for affection.

Shadow's feelings had developed over years, and taken nearly as long to accept. Multiple times, Shadow had tried to confess this, only for Sonic to dodge the conversation.
Sonic liked what they had. Something outside simple rivalry and friendship, yet he knew at some point, Shadow's feelings had become romantic, while Sonic's had not. So Sonic dodged the conversation, not wanting to let Shadow down. Or worse, not knowing how to explain that even if he didn't feel the same, his soul still ached for its other half.
OR Shadow loves Sonic romantically and confesses. Sonic is aroace but still loves Shadow with his whole heart and confesses THAT.

Sonic’s emotions trigger a potentially fatal flaw in Shadow’s engineering, forcing the hybrid to confront the hedgehog side of himself that he'd always dismissed. But at least he doesn't have to confront it alone, right?
Through his growing relationship with Sonic, Shadow can also strengthen his bond with himself, giving him a chance to come to terms with everything he is and the potential to be even more. Even if it costs him his dignity.
But for Sonic, Shadow's still nothing more than an intoxicating distraction.

Summary
Lancelot’s devotion to his king was undying and obvious in every kneeled greeting. Yet the affection hidden in every kiss to his king’s gauntlet was improper for a knight to feel towards his king.
Sonic did not want to be king. He has grown close to Lancelot, whose formality remains rigid while Sonic wishes they could simply disregard titles. Sonic will do what he must for Lancelot to see himself as Sonic’s equal, even if that means he must kneel for their eyes to meet.
OR Lancelot thinks his affection is improper. Sonic is just an enamored, but does not want to act on his feelings until Lancelot sees them as equals. It becomes a habit for Sonic to help remove Lancelot's armor at night

The left side of his face sunk deeper into his pillow, which felt like a cloud at this point. Still drowsy from briefly waking up, the weight of his heavy eyelids allowed a thin line of vision. Filtered sunlight crept through the swaying blinds as the summer breeze whispering through the cracked open window permeated his room in an aroma of morning dew.
As he started to drift off again, he took a slow, relaxed inhale. A familiar hint of lavender filled his senses, soft and soothing. It made him sink deeper into comfort, unconsciously breathing in again - this time, the sweetness was laced with something sharp and bitter.
Coffee beans.
The combination was unmistakable. Two scents burned into his memory, scents that belonged to only one other. Shadow.
Why the hell did his pillow smell like Shadow?His breath hitched, eyes snapping open. He instantly regretted it.
The soft sunlight illuminating his room was too bright for his sensitive eyes, reflexively shutting them. His head throbbed in sync with his pulse, and though he was still lying down, the room spun around him.

Since getting together, neither Shadow nor Sonic had to go Super. Which was a blessing in Shadow’s opinion.
He had barely been able to hide how much he adored *cough* respected Sonic’s Super form before they were dating, he wasn’t sure he’d be able to now.
And Sonic would never let him hear the end of it if he slipped up.
Unfortunately, it looked like he would have to put his very limited acting skills to the test; Tails’ Chaos energy blaster was finally ready for testing.

Based on a suggestion given to me, Sonic has to turn Super to help test out one of Tails’ inventions, and finds out just how much Shadow likes his form. How does he respond? Intense flirting of course! But what happens when Shadow turns the tables on him?

Shadow is usually the one who gets a little protective whenever people stare at Sonic a little too long. He’s the one with a jealous streak that makes itself known from time to time, and Sonic always finds it adorable.
It’s slightly less adorable when Sonic’s the one who’s jealous.
