Summary
Kayn never meant to hurt Ezreal. Never meant to ruin his life. Ezreal, of all people, deserved to live a long, happy, carefree, and healthy life. But Kayn knew he would ruin it all eventually – of course he would. He really hoped not to, but deep down inside of him, he knew it was inevitable. After all, during all his life, everything he touched turned to chaos.
So when Ezreal’s life is threatened by his fault, Kayn does the only thing he can do to protect his boy ; he sacrifices all of his memories of Ezreal to Rhaast in order to keep him alive.
OR Kayn and Ezreal are in a car accident, and Kayn has to trade his memories to save Ezreal.

Summary
When Aphelios asked him to stop by his new place to get the keys for him because he was too busy helping his sister shooting a music video out of town, Ezreal didn’t expect his day to end like it did. He was hoping to simply get there, grab the keys from Aphelios’ future roommate, maybe check the place out to make sure his best friend would have a nice, clean apartment, and then go back to his own place and do whatever he had planned that day. But as the sky was slowly turning from shades of oranges and pinks to pitch black and he was still in his best friend’s future apartment, Ezreal realized two things.
Firstly, Aphelios’ new place wasn’t exactly as neat and modern as his own, but it was definitely the kind of apartment where Aphelios would be comfortable and near the studio where they record Ezreal’s music. And secondly, Aphelios’ future roommate was incredibly, undeniably, super hot, and Ezreal wasn’t sure how to handle it.

The words slip past his lips before he even realizes.
The angel turns. His flower crown tilts, delicate petals crumpled in his hands.
He lifts his face, brows furrowing, a frown settling between them. The wind teases his golden hair, strands glinting like spun light. Jay studies him carefully, taking in every detail.
The boy stares back, and something changes in his gaze. Familiarity. Disbelief. As if he, too, recognizes something.
The air thickens. Jay feels the hair at the back of his neck rise.
“You’re not from here, are you?” The angel asks, voice gentle, like a choir’s song. The sound makes Jay shiver.
And then he feels it– the searing burn on his wrist.
Jay has found his soulmate. And it’s an angel.

Jungwon’s skin itches under his gaze, crawling with heat. “Competition isn’t personal,” he replies. “It’s the natural order of things.”
“Huh.” Jay laughs a little at this. Draining the last of his mug, he leans over to press their shoulders together. “Guess I’ll try to beat you too, then.”
