It's almost time for Ango Natsume to receive his calling card. Unfortunately, Yusuke has been quietly spacing out recently. Ryuji enlists Ann's help to perk him up, and together they plan to spoil him...as best as they can, anyway.
Neither Ryuji nor Ann has a yacht's worth of money to begin with, but that hasn't stopped them before!

Summary
An alternate and apocalyptic endgame for Persona 5 Royal (and by extension the original Persona 5) that crosses over with the universe of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne.
Yaldabaoth strikes an unconscionable deal with the leader of the Phantom Thieves...but Joker is drained of all his will and strength. What happened to his picaresque justice?
But something even greater than the god of control destroys the world, and Yaldabaoth himself is the conjurer. By killing the living amalgamation of humanity's desires—even as the act severs the strings controlling Joker—he begins to formulate one of the coveted "Reasons," emblematic ideologies with the potential to mold the new world. Now the purgatorial Vortex World hosts swarms of demons (once the shadows of the "Metaverse") and the very few mortal survivors.
Among them is a group of Persona users—six friends who, with help from the mysterious Velvet Room's residents, set out to undo these eldritch machinations. If their world is revived, maybe then, the willful spirit of Ren Amamiya can also heal.

A day after helping to send Ren Amamiya home with his (talking) cat, Takuto Maruki is finally reunited with Kuon Ichinose, his present flame (he could've sworn they were dating, anyway) who has returned from a long career-related trip—and he has a lot to tell her, as much as he hates to break it to her all this time later.
Dedicated to Reign (afterreign), who's contributed a LOT to the "Persona: Gotcha for Gaza" event.

Written for "BEST FRIEND: A Pegoryu Zine"—Just after destroying Kamoshida's Palace but long before their deadline, Ann is rendered sick and bedridden. As the two who befriended her while Shiho is hospitalized, Ann's nana invites Ren and Ryuji over to hang out with and take care of her.
Ryuji could make a decent nurse and is a particular boon for Ann.
Ann is still capable of playing wingman (albeit discreetly) for Ren.
Ren hasn't been careful, so it's about to time he admit his crush for Ryuji (with or without reciprocation).Shujin Academy's outcasted trio often compliment one another (Morgana, squarely in the middle, is the cherry on top)—this is just when a fever for one and an as-of-yet unrequited crush between two coalesce with their Metaverse camaraderie.

The email goes from her to...well, herself. But what may seem like a misplaced digital journal entry turns out to be a "letter" to keep her late mother up-to-date with her latest and greatest (and otherwise)—not that Wakaba herself could ever read it...

Made in collaboration with Aura (Auraarts) for the Ryuji Sakamoto Reverse Big "Bonk" 2024!
On one of their first dates since starting a romantic relationship with each other, things are going along swimmingly for Ryuji and Yusuke...for the most part, that is.
But as they get around to Yusuke stapling a new canvas with Ryuji's assistance, the latter notices that his tall darling has been severely flustered at points through the whole day up to the present. At first, Ryuji might have instinctively asked "What's the matter? Ain't it something I can help with?"
But thinking hard on it, he might have an idea for what's going on—and if he's right, Yusuke is only wrestled with the same anxieties that Ryuji has silently mulled over, meaning that reassurance and the exchange of "first-time jitters" is in order.

Made in collaboration with Agu (agudoodles) for the Ryuji Sakamoto Reverse Big "Bonk" 2024!
In a safe room within Madarame's "Museum," Ryuji is forced to realize that the worst of his self-sacrificial nature is catching up to him. His friends insist that he dial it back, if only finitely so as the charge-commanding "tank," and patch up the wounds left on his body—or moreso, Ren and Ann take the helm in healing him—before everyone feasts on "Big Bang Burger" takeout and leaves to prepare the calling card.
With their heist's route and plan secured, Morgana's stamina has been drained, rendering him helpless for this particular rest stop.
As for Yusuke—the Thieves' newest friend and teammate who Ryuji can't get out of his head or his heart—he seems uncomfortably fixated on the young man with a secret crush...

My (belated) gift for gorokiichi for the Persona 5 Monster Mash Gift Exchange 2023 - sorry for the delay, but I hope you get some spooks (
laughs) out of this!Zenkichi is back in Shibuya for some work, but he's gladly brought Akane with him—and, for the next month, Akira Kurusu is meeting with him and reuniting with his dearest friends in thievery!
But it's also Halloween when they first start getting together. So a Cafe Leblanc dinner and party are in order, as are costumes—and young Mister Joker, ever the cocky smart-mouth (for better and for worse), is raring to scare Zenkichi with some good ghost stories.
With just one good scare for the very first, "Gramps" could embarrass himself dearly...unless?
(Well, no, not JUST unless the ghost story is of the time Haru had to rush into cold waters when Yusuke was kidnapped and nearly married off to some beautiful but horrifying water lady from Haru's own garden pond...and he has selective amnesia over this as opposed to any crises involving the Metaverse...because?)

Summary
Shiho is coming back to Tokyo for Christmas! With help from the may-or-may-not-be-dating pair of Ren and Ryuji, Ann gets together a cozy Christmas fit for a quartet—fixing everything up just before the threat of arrest forces the entire entourage of Phantom Thieves to journey to Mementos' Depths.
But a long battle to save the world doesn't stop them from tearfully meeting Shiho in the end, thus spending that snowy night as a happy quartet—going a bit past when the trains stop. Ann, Shiho, and Ryuji are stuck with Ren at Cafe LeBlanc on Christmas Eve, but the panic subsides quickly. VERY quickly, in fact—Ann and Shiho promise to work for a future together, one way or another.
Ren and Ryuji also get together. For real, too!

The balmy weather in Sendai has hit a cruel peak. So with over an hour until the Phantom Thieves break into Natsume's Jail, Sumire and Ann take a sheepish, meats-over-sweets Ryuji to a renowned ice cream shop. It's a sweet snippet of their summer—even as a sliver of it turns rather somber.

A written piece made for True Strength: A Shiho Suzui Fanzine!
Shiho returns to Tokyo, agreeing to a beach trip with Ann and Ryuji. Yusuke and Futaba tag along to meet Ann's oldest friend, and everything seems well and good.
Even so, a familiar voice continues to haunt Shiho in recent memory, and the emotional healing escalates to an uphill battle—as if physical rehab for her leg wasn't distressing enough.

A (very belated) contribution to the Persona 5 Monster Mash Gift Exchange, dedicated to misdirections!
As it turns out early on, Joker's Metaverse comrades can achieve Sub-Personas of their own, able to carry one (though ONLY one) companion to keep their primary Personas company. And early on, as Kamoshida's putrid castle is quietly ransacked by the phantom-thieves-to-be, Panther finds a friend for Carmen and she.
It takes some doing to thwart a beautiful succubus's magic and acting (not much the latter, given how obvious the theatrics are), but Ann finds another companion to train with and learn from, and she's not letting her be replaced for a long while!
So fast forward to September, when Mr. Okumura's heart has been stolen, and his daughter of a new secret Phantom Thief helps Panther chase down a cunning "Legion" Shadow and their kidnapped friends...

A Sumire-centered story that I'd written for "Wish Come True: A Sumire Yoshizawa Zine" — it was great to work with the sweet people behind this zine and the works contributed toward it.
Before the Phantom Thieves (and their maybe-semi-reluctant associate Goro Akechi) can finish securing the Treasure to Maruki's corrupted savior complex made labyrinthian laboratory, Sumire ends up down with a cold. Not well on her feet, but far enough to avoid an emergency room visit, Sumire pleads that the group will move on and not waste their time for her recovery...until every one of them walks through her bedroom door with her delighted father.
"And a nearly-bursting medical kit.
And a coffee brewer, a television screen and video game console with jumbled wires, a weighty book in Yusuke’s arms, and a huge cooler that Ren and Ryuji had to shuffle in together, with Morgana laying primly on top.
And Goro Akechi, who glances about with that foxy glare.
All nine of them are present and accounted for."

April 11th, 2016: On his way to Shujin Academy for his first day of school after moving for probation, Ren Amamiya meets Ann and Ryuji. The former is a stunning, genuine first smile to him, and the latter becomes a fast, trusted friend—but not before the two of them, and even Ann soon after, are whisked off into the matters of a dark fantasy world tied to the psychology and sociology of people in their own world.
Autumn 2018: Over two years since the initial origins of the fabled "Phantom Thieves of Hearts," the modestly-built group of friends keep close ties despite their distances—especially Ren and Ann, who have been dating in the years since and cozily live together. While visiting Shibuya, Ren finally puts his sincere spin on all the marriage proposal beats—and Ann says she thought he'd never ask.
April 11th: 2019: Three years since that one surreal day, months after Ryuji managed to pep talk Ren into finally asking the fateful question, Ren Amamiya and Ann Takamaki are married in an exquisite traditional Shinto ceremony.

Summary
My piece as published in "Celestial: A Persona 5 Charity Fanzine," where the content is all inspired by different ideas/fictional concepts around astronomy/astrology, and all proceeds will go to the International Dark-Sky Association!
Darkness is foreboding and dreary. It heightens most people's sensations of fear and hopelessness. It's scary to be unsure of what lays within or beyond it—and it can be even scarier to know what is there (or not there), forcing yourself to meander about and hopefully not meet with the worst of it.
But the night sky isn't always a sightless void—not when the stars shine brighter than they ever do at any other point in the day.
So when Dr. Maruki and Azathoth have long lost control over reality, but the enticing blessings and dreams are erased with it, Ren is slammed back into juvenile hall. Sensing the quiet anguish that exhausts and torments his once-hotheaded boyfriend, Ann and Futaba take Ryuji out for a small dabbling in stargazing and Zodiac talk.Soon enough, Ryuji loses his grip on all emotional barriers...but the stars continue to shine through the darkness.
