Summary
A young witcher stumbles into a young vampire, and is faced with a morality problem.
Or: first Regis comes across an injured Geralt, and has to make a choice whether to give into his bloodlust or not, and later, Geralt has to decide whether the world would be better off if it were one higher vampire short. Both young men learn something about goodness, badness, and where they stand on the moral scale— for nothing is ever truly black and white.

Although everyone— Bruce— likes to think of Superman as absolutely invulnerable, he isn’t. At least, he is not completely invulnerable. A recent incident in a fight against Lex Luthor reminds Bruce of this, and he struggles. And, of course, Bruce being Bruce, he doesn’t share his worries with Clark.
Clark, of course, finds out, and is more than willing to help his boyfriend. Or: these are indeed wild times, and I needed a bit of gentle SuperBat to cheer me up 😊.

Summary
When Geralt of Rivia and Emiel Regis Rohellec Terzieff-Godefroy meet, neither man knows that the course of his life will be radically altered because of the other. After the mysterious barber-surgeon saves his life, the witcher is intrigued by Regis. But when Geralt discovers Regis’ secret, he feels hurt and betrayed by the higher vampire, as well as angry. He runs away. But it is this initial meeting that makes the witcher ask: “Does being a monster necessitate evilness? Or do evil circumstances necessitate monstrosity?”
After a chance meeting years later, both the witcher and the higher vampire have changed— and both still feel drawn to the other in some way. Furthermore, both Geralt and Regis want to start over. The only question is: Can they manage to make it work this time around?

Geralt is good at finding adventure and bad with people. Jaskier is good with people, but bad at finding adventures that don’t leave husbands (or wives) angry with him. He is also, thankfully, quite skilled at putting up with Geralt’s special brand of witcherly angst. Geralt is quite skilled at reminding Jaskier that there is more to life than appearances, that sometimes caring is the bravest thing one can do.
Or, Geralt slowly falls in love with his bard, but it takes him a while to notice it.

So when Batman’s betrayal of trust threatens to do just that, Clark, Bruce, and the league, must decide what happens next.

Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne have never been friends. They’re barely acquaintances, most days. But Bruce did bring Superman back from the dead, and Clark respects that. Furthermore, he agrees with the ideals that the Justice League was founded on, so he is attempting to move on and forgive Batman for the role he played in Clark’s death.
The problem is that Clark’s brain doesn’t seem to be as on-board with that idea. Because it turns out that coming back from the dead was the easy part— now he has to live with it. So what do you do when you realize that the world isn’t perfect, and your best ally may be the very man who tried to bring you down? Clark doesn’t know, but he’s going to figure it out. The answer may be unexpected.

Set post-Justice League. Bruce and Clark’s professional relationship has improved drastically since Steppenwolf, and Clark’s (miraculous) return from the grave. Their personal relationship, however? Not so much. All the heroes involved with the league are busy trying to keep this glorious, chaotic, and new organization afloat— Bruce included.
