Summary
Inspired by the TV show of the same name.
This is the story of 9 high school students from around the country, who have been sent to Beacon of Hope, a boarding school for ‘at risk’ teens. They each have a past as well as closely guarded secrets and have all dealt with trauma in one sense or another.
They’ll have to learn to trust and love again in a world that was simply too cruel for their young ages. Luckily for them, John Stilinski started this camp that combines outdoor bonding activities with schooling just for students like them who come from broken homes or got mixed up in illegal activities.

Summary
Stiles could still remember Derek with a slave collar, so much younger: his face contorted with pain when he couldn't change on the full moon, his hand scrabbling at his neck like he was being choked. His fingers wrapped around the moonstone and metal, pulling and tearing for all he was worth, but still not strong enough to break it. How Derek had collapsed back against the wall in defeat, hands clenched into useless fists.
Stiles shuddered at the memory, not sure that Derek would survive it this time if they collared him. Scratch that -- sure Derek wouldn't want to survive it this time. He'd rather die than live as a slave to the Argents.

Not your usual werewolf slave fic, this one delves into the actual politics one would imagine in a Lycan liberation movement. Set atop a slow almost bittersweet romance with solid world-building and poignant emotional touchstones, this relatively short but perfectly paced multi-chapter covers a lot of ground as it follows our cast of characters throughout the years.

Summary
Deputy Derek Hale has just become a single parent, after adopting abandoned five-year-old Isaac Lahey, and drowning in his new responsibilities as a father, and Alpha. Add the babysitting of his new rookie partner, Jackson Whittemore, and the weight of his past bubbling to the surface, Derek isn't sure how he's going to keep his head straight.
Meanwhile, Stiles Stilinksi returns home to Beacon Hills to give his son, Scott Stilinksi, a better quality of life. However, raising a werewolf pup, as a human, is something he struggles handling on a daily basis. Stiles wishes nothing more than to find a werewolf willing to show his son "the ropes", so Scott can fit in with all the other pups come the first day of Kindergarten. But where would he ever find a werewolf willing to help a human?
When the two meet, their struggles in life will come to the forefront, as the loners become an invaluable support system for each other, and build a unique Pack all their own.

Fantastic and engrossing multiple POV tale, Empire meets Teen Wolf, meets Parenthood. Fluffy domestics couched in rich world-building that also addresses strong themes around prejudice. It allows you to invest in multiple characters and gives folks layered backstories that make you care.
