Summary

After his retirement at the end of Spectre, Bond returns to Q for even more help. Q isn't happy about it, but relents when Bond gives him a bloody bullet that was used to murder Madeleine Swann and frame Bond for the crime. The bullet turns out to be a Q Branch prototype, and Q's suddenly got a few problems on his hands, including: a mole in Q Branch, a fugitive and retired 00 hiding out at his house and insisting on feeding him up, and Q doing his best to solve Swann's murder--and possibly his own.
Story is complete!

Q flickered between himself and Hades on the way home, the riders in his train giving him wary looks and space, something about him now unsettled them. The kindly grandparents pulled their purses and coats close around them. The large youths pushed their earphones further into their ears, trying to lose themselves in the sound of their music. Small children peeped shyly out at him from over their parents shoulders. Those same parents would glance back and then quickly pull their children down to face away. Q kept his head down as he exited the tube station and made his way to the entrance to his building, bypassing the elevator and running up the stairs, where he finally stumbled through his doorway.- Language:
