Summary
Wednesday Addams is a successful author with her first two books, The Chronicles of Viper De La Muerte, being cult hits but quickly rising to the top of the Mystery/Horror genres. She has received high praise for her portrayal of not only a strong omega protagonist but antagonist as well. Being an omega herself Wednesday believed it was time someone put out a story that showed the more varied and nuanced facets of reality and her fans seem to agree. Her third book is set to take place in San Francisco so in order to better write it she is currently living in the city.
Enid Sinclair is an aspiring fashion designer. It's too bad that all her designs lack a certain heart to them, always missing something or being too much. She's ended up working in a small fashion boutique doing small alterations and repair jobs and working the cash register. She's also a werewolf that has wolfed out only once, when she presented as an alpha. Apparently she has what's called Fated Pair Syndrome which stops her from transforming until she meets the right potential mate.
The two of them meet on the night of a full moon. It's not a smooth meeting. But when is it ever when you find the one you'll fall in love with?

Summary
Wednesday isn’t emotionless, she just doesn’t understand how she feels, especially about people. With her roommate not yet back from San Francisco, Wednesday has time to herself to process. She has all she needs to navigate emotions: an evidence board, a mood ring, and critical thinking. Her investigation seems to be going well until she’s missing one crucial component—a certain blonde blotch of color that’s all the way in California.
Meanwhile….
Everyone in Nevermore knows Enid is a happy person. She’s the blonde ray of sunshine that brightens up the academy’s dull halls. But outside of the academy, at “home” with family, her vivid hues seem to dissipate. While she tries to act like it’s all sunshine and lollipops (among fang and fur), she can’t sugarcoat the fact that her mood ring refuses to be anything but blue. She wants to go home—where the stained glass window is split, and where she's only sharing her room with one aspiring novelist: her below-average height bilingual best friend.

Enid swallowed thickly. With her feelings for her roommate, this was probably a bad idea. She should definitely say no.
