Summary
So it was Reyes’ idea, in the end. Most horrible things were. He’d knocked on Jack’s door near one in the morning, smack in the middle of when they were meant to be sleeping. Jack--who was always one or more of: hungry, angry, horny--had answered, figuring he’d get some help with something on the list.
“Training Bay,” Reyes had said in his low growl. “Ten minutes. Wear your civvies. Don’t bring shit otherwise.”
Not the one he’d been expecting, but he’d take it nonetheless.

Summary
Gabriel has had this story inside him for as long as he can remember. It came to him in dreams - intense, vivid dreams that left him breathless and shaking every morning with nothing but a faint sense of loss to go on. It wasn't until he started trying to put these dreams into words that the pieces began falling into place.
And then one day, the man from his story asked to meet him.

Today Jack is supposed to move more boxes out of the attic that the former owner left behind, and when he finishes, he’ll find Gabriel and undoubtedly wake him up by saddling up next to him, trying to understand what’s going on in the channel Gabriel fell asleep to.

Soldier: 76 doesn't lose his heart to magic, the way Jesse McCree did, the way Gabriel Reyes did. No, he does it the hard way. The traditional way. He makes himself heartless by choice.
Set in the world of Asheryder's 'Heartless', this is a story about two emotionally constipated bastards who loved each other once. They were each other's downfall; now they might be each other's salvation, despite their best attempts to the contrary.

Summary
Ten years ago Gabriel awoke in darkness. He had no memory. Nothing remained but his name, the scars on his back, and a hunger inside him that can never be sated.
He has no desire to know who he used to be. He did not ask for the dark power that lies in wait beneath his skin and he figures that the truth is always more trouble than it’s worth.
But one night, during a violent storm that forces him to take shelter in a crowded tavern, he comes face to face with a blue-eyed stranger who claims to know him. Intimately.
And, well, the road to Gibraltar is long and Gabriel might discover more truths about himself than he bargained for.

“I’m not … usually so careless. It was,” he pauses, unsure how to defend himself. Unsure how to explain the way Gabriel made him feel vulnerable, able to trust a near complete stranger. Jack catches himself, “I made a lapse in judgement.”
Ana sighs on the other end and he thinks, hopefully, that it sounds more understanding than disappointed. “Just be careful, Jack. Don’t be too lenient in your judgement. Not with him, not with anyone.”
