He didn't know who this guy was, but he knew Tim. He had bandaged Tim's wounds and removed his domino mask. He'd called Tim by his name. And by bird.
…Tim's identity was compromised.

“What do I call you?” Jason asks. He thinks it might be the first lucid sentence he'd said to this man that wasn't a plea of some kind.
“Toby,” replies the stranger, unfazed and immediate. It's obviously a fake name, but at least it was something to go off of besides ‘large scary stranger.’
Jason still squints at him suspiciously. “What do you want from me, ‘Toby?’”
“Nothing,” comes the flat reply as ‘Toby’ puts his bowl in the sink and sits at the table. “I found you on my way to other things. You're more've’a side quest than a main objective, kid.”

Summary
The Alley's new leader was gargantuan, filling doorways and built in a way most people weren't, but in exchange, he should be slower to compensate for his weight and mass.
He was not.
In fact, he was faster than should be humanly possible – quicker than most of the Bats, even, usually.
Sure, Simon Dark could teleport and was strong enough to garrote a head off, but every few weeks a video resurfaced on local rat forums that showed shaky footage of Hood, with a visibly broken leg, grabbing the Bat's cape near his shoulder and hurling him off a roof one-handed.
That was not the sort of guy to underestimate.

“What’s most important is maintaining his airways. The bullet will have to wait.” Gantetsu was crouching over Tanjiro now, watching his stalling chest thump back and forth against the ground as it tried to alleviate the mind-bending pressure within.
“What do you mean? What’s wrong with him?” Genya was helping Muichiro grab Tanjiro’s arms, as he had been fiercely trying to encircle his chest to try and apply any sort of counterpressure that would allow him to breathe.
An involuntary keening sound emitted from the back of Tanjiro’s throat and tears sprang from his eyes as suffocation took hold. His vision was starting to blackout. He was dying.

"I'll sit on you until you behave," Tanjirou says with a grin, waiting for Genya to start yelling him or push him away.

In Tanjirou's opinion, no one should end up alone, but perhaps Zenitsu has a point.
"Okay... If my plan doesn't work, I'll leave him alone."

The question just makes him look even more flustered.
"I want to see the mark of my teeth on your skin," Genya says, before groaning in embarrassment and covering his face with both hands. "So they know you're mine!"
