Summary
Izuku Midoriya has had enough. The feelings of loneliness and despair have eradicated his spark that kept him optimistic and hopeful for his future. When he follows Bakugou Katsuki's advice, he is not greeted with death, instead his quirk activates. The League of Villains happen upon Izuku's body and take him in, curious about the boy who can't seem to stay dead. Then they hatch a plan to infiltrate U.A. How does Izuku respond to the support from the villains and how will other relationships disrupt that connection?
When I was reading Desperately Departing by Saavaage I was inspired and came up with my own version of the initial events of the work. Now it's evolved into something kinda entirely different, but I guess they have the same starting points.

___________________After waking up in the body of a dog with no memory of how he got like that, Dabi is attacked and injured. With no way to get back to the League he's forced to endure on his own. At least that’s what he thought, only to get some very unwanted help from some extremely unlikely allies. As much as he doesn’t want to he's forced down the road of redemption, uncovering things long buried along the way.

Summary
Izuku had always wanted to be a hero, but everyone told him that it was impossible. His classmates and teachers told him he was useless without a curse, and even the heroes (even HIS hero) told him he’d simply be a liability on the field. He knew his parents tried to support him, but dad wasn’t able to be at home and his mom didn’t want to lie to him (she knew no one else would accept him).
He couldn’t be a hero, and his best friend (not friends, not anymore, not after the thoughts he was stuck with on the roof) was right that he couldn’t cut it as a cop. Despite knowing that, he still wanted to help people, he just didn’t understand how.
That is, until he discovers a world of hidden, slightly illegal, help for those who society ignores, forgets, and for anyone else who discovers it. A new path in sight, a job (where he can actually make money without needing a quirk!!), and friends who understand the hurt society imposes, Izuku Midoriya just might be a hero in the true sense of the word. That is, if you can read behind the lines.

It's a balancing act that has him looking insane more often than not, but he's managed to avoid mental hospitals for a few years now so he can't possibly be doing that bad. He'd have an easier time of it, though, if spirits stopped either asking him for help or trying to kill him.
He already had his hands full dealing with spirits, but then he makes the mistake of trying to help a hero. Suddenly, avoiding being seen becomes a lot harder with two worlds worth of eyes looking for him.Something's going to have to give, and Izuku's not liking any of his options.

Midoriya Hisashi cries tears of relief when a 5 year old Izuku looks him in the eyes and tells him:
"I'm quirkless."
Then, he forces his son to swear that he'll survive - to care for Inko, if nothing else - and it's a demand that Izuku is too young to understand and all too eager to accept.Midoriya Hisashi is 29 years old when he dies the next morning; killed by his own quirk.
It takes 5 more years for Izuku to begin to regret making that promise, and only 3 more after that for a girl, older than him, and with much sharper canines, to ask him if it's worth it: to live a life of suffering in the name of an exhausted mother and a dead man.
Apparently, he gives the wrong answer, as Himiko Toga laughs in his face, and tells him it absolutely isn't- and they exchange contacts.So, Izuku is 13 years old when he blackmails the staff of Aldera Middle, and Katsuki, for his own peace of mind, and decides:
If he's going to be a hero, he might as well make himself untouchable, and make some connections early.(On a totally unrelated note: both Mr. and Mrs. Bakugou are delighted by his sudden interest in the fashion industry!)
