The boiler wheezes. The only utensil is one fork. But downstairs is Dee—ripped, kind, in grey sweatpants—who offers Draco leftover curry and upends his entire emotional equilibrium.
Dee runs the gym below. Dee fixes the fuse box. Dee wears lime green Crocs and calls him “mate.” Dee, as it turns out, is Dudley Dursley.
