Pale, a soft face, absolutely dorky clothes. Plaid flannel buttoned up nearly to his neck, thick glasses, a silly formal scarf. But his eyes. Unreadable, like he could see through people, and freezing cold. Eyes that Felix felt would haunt him.

“Ooh,” Silvio amends. “Tía Veronica said you have a pale ass. My Abuela said you’re gonna die.”
