Summary

So.. I wrote this, cus I wanted Tav to react to Gortash being called "handsome" by the narrator, despite (in my opinion) being nowhere near so. Couldn't find a fic that did this, though, so decided to do it myself.
(Since it's the narrator saying Gortash is supposed to be handsome, in this one-shot, just assume people on the streets of Baldur's Gate are the ones to have said so closely enough to Tav to be heard.)
Be aware that I have only watched the 'meeting Gortash the first time' scene like ONCE, and it was weeeeeks ago. So if you find the short kind of off, or with plotholes cus of the (intended) seriousness of that scene/the reactions of the characters.. Well. Do me a favor and suspend your disbelief lmao. Or not. Just don't yell at me for this silly little one-shot yeah? Cheers.<3

After thinking that there was nothing left for her in Haven, she left to explore the world and figure out what she wanted, figure out how to heal whilst trying to leave a broken heart behind. She'd been on tour but she felt like there was something still missing. She keeps thinking of what could've been and wonders whether it's too late.
In a moment of denial and pain, he turned on the girl he cared about, and he's since wished he could take it back. He keeps thinking of her, keeping a distance but hoping one day she'll return. He knows his mistake cost him dearly, and wonders if there's any hope he'll be able to fix it.
She eventually comes back to Haven Springs to reconnect with the town around the anniversary of her brother's death. But then the spring festival and the night of their first kiss draws upon them. Do they dare to try again?

Summary
Most of the Commonwealth has been all but taken over by the raider gangs of Nuka-World and their new, unexpected Overboss: The Lone Survivor of Vault 111. While Nate and his raiders gallivant and pillage, most people are driven to the fringes or captured as slaves, leaving the island settlement of Far Harbor as the best option of refuge for many.
In short, this is a story about a bright young mechanic, a rusty old detective, and a recently thawed out veteran-turned raider tycoon.
