But amid punishments, viral humiliations, and cups of warm milk, Nico faces something far more terrifying than his captivity: the discovery that a deeply broken part of him might not hate being cared for as much as he should.
A story about gods trying to be parents, parents trying to be gods, and a boy trying to find the difference between a cage and a home.

The Crystal Slope competitions are the final preliminary rounds before contestants are chosen to proceed to nationals! The only difference in this competition is that the event coordinators thought it would be a good idea for each competitor to have their own "rival" in each round. Draco’s Diagon Alley flat is a convenient staggering distance from the Leaky, and Harry’s house is way the fuck over in Islington, so it makes perfect sense that Harry spends most Friday nights crashing on Draco’s sofa.
Another Friday night sleeping on Draco Malfoy's couch, and it's not a big deal that Draco's walking around in his pants. And it doesn't mean anything that Harry keeps noticing Draco's arse.
