Summary
Chris stared at the guy in the RPD uniform who staggered in; young, puppy-round features, gritting his teeth as he caught the edge of the desk on entry, trying to support a wound to his right arm. He glanced up, caught sight of Chris on the floor, and his eyes lit up like the fourth of July.
“Chris Redfield?” he asked, stumbling over to drop to his knees beside him. “You’re Claire’s brother? Oh my god, I actually found you.”
____________________________________________
Chris Redfield is on desk duty when the Virus outbreak hits Raccoon City. Leon S. Kennedy, suffering from anxiety attacks and PTSD, was never even meant to be there the night that it all goes down.Fic covers RE2 onwards, with Chris/Leon inserted into the story where they aren't in canon (and a bunch of extra scenes/missions in between)

Summary
“Ilya?”
“I-I need to go back. To Russia.”
“What?!” Shane reared back, taking away the comforting warmth of his hands on Ilya’s cheeks.
“No, lyubimiy. Not for always. Just for… I don’t know. Maybe couple weeks?”
“Why, what’s going on?”
“Alexei… he’s….”
“Alexei? I thought you said you weren’t helping him anymore. What did he do this time?”
“He… he died.”

Summary
Ten-year-old Faina Rozanova has survived more than most children her age. She learned young how to dress herself, cook basic meals, and raise her baby brother, Grisha Rozanov. But when tragedy strikes, Faina's fragile world collapses. Suddenly orphaned, she and Grisha find themselves caught in the impersonal machinery of Russia's child protection system as they face an uncertain future in an unknown country with an Uncle who is a stranger.
Still hiding their love from the world, Ilya and Shane must find the courage to reach across continents- and beyond their own fears- to rescue Ilya's niece and nephew and provide the pair with the understanding, love, and stability they need so desperately in a world that has otherwise demanded too much from them too soon.

Summary
For Mel, mentally washing in and out never worked to ease the weight of her work, but up until now, it’d been an effective way to think about leaving her desires behind.
