Summary
When All Might told Izuku Midoriya that it was impossible for him to become a hero without a Quirk, the green haired teen thought that was the final nail in the coffin of his dreams. Unbeknownst to him, fate had something a bit more cosmic-oriented in store for the boy.
Crashing on the veritable junkyard that is the Dagobah Beach, the legendary Abin Sur passes away, bidding his ring to find someone to succeed him, leading the ring to place itself right onto Izuku's finger. Now a Junior Member of the Green Lantern Corps, Izuku is able to finally make his dreams into reality (and maybe win the heart of a very pretty rich girl with a construct ability similar to his own) by becoming a student in the Hero Course at the prestigious U.A. Academy.
However, not all is well for our newly-minted Emerald Knight. On top of the dangerous collective known as the League of Villains and the deadly enemies both terrestrial and extraterrestrial that he faces as a Green Lantern, none are more dangerous than the Red Lanterns and the Sinestro Corps... and, thanks to young Midoriya, they've turned their gaze towards Earth and the possibility of new recruits among those who call the planet home.

Izuku always wanted to be a hero when he grows up, but without a quirk it will be hard fought dream. However, after realizing that not all heroes have combat type quirks or some even needing support items to help their quirks Izuku got inspired to pick up sword training to become the next number one hero and world's greatest swordsman.
The only relation to one piece is that Izuku uses Three Swords style, Hawkeye Mihawk is in this, and some minor references. I will also have a few similar ideas from the Black-Leg Deku fanfic.

“Hermione, there is a new marriage law. The Wizengamot passed the legislation last Friday. I’ve never seen them work so fast,” Ron said.
“They can’t just do that!” Hermione said, crossly.
The Wizengamot had altered the marriage law, and now every witch of childbearing age must get married by the year they turn 22.
The Wizarding Society voted for this to save Hogwarts because they wanted to make sure the school would be around for years to come. They were really worried that, after the war, there would only be a handful of first years a decade later, and that the number of students would drop even more in the following years.
Harry and his classmates are the generation that has to fix it – again.
PS: My first choice and backup: this title is a wordplay for the plot of this story.
