If Robby hovers, then Jack crowds. If Robby is keeping an eye on her, then Jack is staring right through her. Nico doesn’t fool herself into thinking Robby’s…closeness is anything more than his thorough teaching style. Even if the closeness makes her squirm, it makes her stomach twist with a different kind of nerves. With Jack, it’s a whole other thing. The man has a problem with eye contact and physical boundaries.
