So, it didn’t start out like this.
Alfred would scoff at the statement, about how Bruce was trying to justify the whole situation to himself. It had started out as a simple design, black everything with black outlines and black hood. It got a little more intense as the world went on, got wind of his ghost on the streets, and became scared of The Bat . So Bruce got a little more creative with it, Alfred and him had a good laugh over the name, the scare, and Alfred had a vicious streak of humor that he had passed onto his ward-
So now the suit had a visible bat-theme, an insignia to drape in the shadows and to paint across the streets of Gotham.
It only took a year into the whole charade of heroism for Bruce to overhear a conversation between some goons- some low level thug hired by the Riddler this week- about nothing at all pertaining to what the hell the Riddler was doing in the sewers but instead:
“ The Batman can fly, you know, I’ve seen his wings.”

“Yeah, I know *that*. You never did tell me why.” The younger responded, rolling around the marble ball he held to keep his hands occupied.
This wasn’t fighting. This was… Hakuji actually wasn’t sure *what* this was, but it certainly wasn’t something he liked.
“I want to see if the rumours are true.” Michikatsu answered vaguely, motioning forwards with his torch.

Shinjuro basically hoes around and explores his sexual preferences further by fucking with other KNY characters.

Giyuu finds himself conflicted in this very moment, wondering what in the timeline is at stake should he strike, because the annals of history are so easily altered that Sabito is standing next to him today (his own sword unsheathed and one of his hands tugging at Giyuu’s arms so hard his fingernails are digging divots into his skin.)
He worries at his bottom lip, and registers the movement of the Lower Moon, who rudely has not waited for him to finish his rumination and was unleashing a demon blood art, whose exact skillset he does not remember but reacts to on instinct.
Giyuu is struck by immense Deja Vu as he decapitates the demon once more.Tomioka Giyuu has no intention of becoming the Water Hashira again in this bright new world where Sabito is alive.
Sabito takes in a deep breath. “WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS THAT?!?!”
But really, old habits don't seem to die (even when he already did).

He made sure to attach the extra steps on his back wheel so they could do this; glide down the street on one bike together while Inosuke stood with his hands resting on his shoulders. Kotoha would probably have a heart attack if she knew what he was doing, and while Inosuke did everything he could to make sure his Mother didn’t worry, he just liked it all too much; the feeling of moving faster than he could run, putting his arms in the air and feeling the wind through his fingers, the wild strands of his hair. He liked bouncing on the back wheel a lot too, laughing at the way it made Tanjirou’s bike lift just a hair off the ground, and even though he’d just cracked his bone on the concrete the day before, he urged the red-head to go faster, as fast as he could possibly go, until he ran out of stamina.
Tanjirou never worried. He just liked hearing his delighted howls as they sped along the river.

Summary
" She could feel Douma’s presence behind her as she watched Inosuke drop. She knew her end was coming. The scent of blood was so, so close.
But it never came.
As she turned around, she saw a flash of blue charge at Douma as a swordsman aim a hit towards his neck. The monster easily deflected the attack, but his attention was drawn from Kotoha.
She didn’t know how long this fight would last, or whether the swordsman would win. She didn’t know if she’d ever get the chance to thank whoever it was for the distraction. She did know that this gave her a sliver of hope.
So Kotoha ran. "Kotoha is granted a chance to escape from Douma and survives. She finds herself having to restart her life for a second time, this time with a demon after her and without her son.
