Branch's eyes widened as he shot to his feet.
"Jeez Branch!" Poppy exclaimed, clutching her chest. "Did something bite you or something."
"I need to find John Dory!" Branch exclaimed and ran out of their pod, ignoring the shouts of concern coming from his wife.

John Dory was never just 'The Leader.' He was his brothers protector. At the tender age of 13 he had to step up and provide for his brothers, after their parents were taken by Bergens. Leaving just a little blue egg as their last gift. He would do anything to keep them safe.
Even if it meant going to Thorn's pod every night to satisfy the much older troll. Sure, he was only 16 and had been managing the band for only three years, but he had to keep the co-owner of their Record Label happy to stay on top.
Thorn had threaten the life's of his brothers, promising to feed them to the Bergens himself, if John didn't meet his needs.
King Peppy comes to John after a traumatizing Trollstise, telling him all about the Perfect Family Harmony. How it could shatter diamond, if it can do that, it can break the glass around the caged Troll Tree and they could escape.
The Harmony fails and he leaves for the Neverglades.
Now John, 16, scared, and all alone in the wilderness, he can't possibly have anything worse happen, right? Right?

Summary
Alastor's injuries are killing him slowly. A holy infection burning him up from the inside out. Through the suffering he tries his best to continue being the hotelier until he can no longer function. While on his last legs an opportunity presents itself in the form of Lucifer Morningstar. A scheme forms in Alastor's mind, knowing how much Lucifer cares for his daughter, and how much Charlie cares for her 'friends'. Sooner or later, Alastor will have Lucifer under his thumb. Never did the sinner consider he might actually develop feelings for the king along the way. Yet the butterflies he feels in his stomach are not pangs of hunger.
All the while the only thing Lucifer wants to do is keep his daughter happy and her dream alive. If that meant aiding the red clad has-been he'd bite his tongue and get it done. Struggling against his own self-isolationism and depression can he be both the king of Hell and the father Charlie deserves? Can he aid in the new peace talks between Heaven and Hell? Summary
JD was always focused on taking care of his brothers, focused on trying to get them to just talk to him again after he became the Band's Manager. Which each time he tried, both Spruce and Clay would just push him away even harder than the last. He thought the Perfect Family Harmony would fix everything, but when that failed and he left to try and get away from the stress and heart ache, JD discovered something that not even JD knew.
JD isn't Johnathan Dorian. JD is Joanna Dorothea, and she's been a girl this entire time and never realized it.
With the help of some new and unexpected friends, Joanna is able to transition into her true self easily. Now all she has to do is go home and not only hope that her brothers will forgive her for failing them, but hope that they'll except her as well.

Summary
Floyd was nine when his eldest brother was taken by Chef, just the week before Trollstice. Out of nowhere. After a big argument that ended Brozone. He sat outside their pod to cool down, and never returned. Floyd and his brothers heard his scream as he was taken, but by the time they'd rushed outside, all that was left was their brother's goggles, hanging by a thread on a tiny branch. Only one other was caught and taken that night.
Floyd was ten when the tunnels were finished and everyone escaped Bergen Town. He and his brothers were safe. Except for John Dory; lost just a year before he could have been free.
Floyd is eleven when a thin, injured gray and white troll stumbles into the newly constructed Troll Village, confused and disoriented. He falls unconscious, silencing the 1 year anniversary party that had turned to watch him enter. He's naked, and the only thing he's carrying is a heavily gravid belly.
