Summary
Dazai Osamu’s story should have been sealed with the final fall, with his blood slashed on the concrete ground. However, he woke up in a hospital bed in his childhood body. Facing the fact that he had been thrown into a new dimension and having to rethink his purposes in life wasn’t an easy task but meeting Chuuya again made it all seem worth it.
The Double Black thought that at least they could have a normal life in the chaotic Heroes and Villains society. That was until fate led them to a group of weirdos playing justice.

Never heard of a demon summoning another demon?
It was said to be impossible because a demon didn't have a soul to offer.
So, what was the thing creating the bond? No one had the answer. A demon summoning another demon on Earth? Truly an interesting situation. With much bigger consequences.
The rest was a story to be told from mouth to mouth as it traveled around the face of the Earth until being slowly forgotten.

Summary
New York City has a vast array of vigilantes and superheroes that call its streets home. Dazai Osamu, Port Mafia Executive and Mori Ougai’s right hand, is deployed to start building relationships in the area. Mori, ever the fan of tests, leaves Dazai to figure out how to best handle the local vigilantes on his own.
And Frank Castle? He’s just worried that keeping this kid who refuses to identify himself alive may be more difficult than he was hoping.
Or; a city-wide adventure, hotel hopping, forging friendships with local heroes and a long-winded game of cat and mouse, all featuring an embittered Veteran and a suicidal teenage boy.
