“Cash or...card…” he tapers off as the figure tosses the top of their hoodie off.
On his head lies two dark red horns. They’re small— one shorter and flattened like a stump, the other extending a little higher into a small coil with a pointed tip.
He almost whistles at the props if not for the way their owner is eyeing him, glaring eyes still bright red.
“Card,” the stranger grunts. Soobin nods and presses a button on his display, gesturing to the small machine up front afterwards.
“You’re— uh—”
The stranger looks up at him with an arched brow, and Soobin loathes the fact that he thinks this guy is really fucking hot.

Taehyun started slightly, and what appeared to be a deformed head peeked around the trunk of the tree several feet above him. The creature had lumpy, blueish skin, the color of a day-old bruise, and spindly limbs like a frog’s that supported a squishy, round body. It squawked at him through a long, wide mouth with disturbingly human-like teeth, and Taehyun gulped.It’s nothing, he thought to himself. There’s nothing there.
