Summary
Every night, Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi dreams of another life; one where the Republic is embroiled in a horrible and never-ending war. But in the morning, the terrible details of that life begin to fade -like all dreams have the tendency to do.
However, Obi-Wan cannot forget the face of his Padawan learner; and, too curious, he sends for one Anakin Skywalker of Tatooine. He arrives at the Temple, an outsider, and Obi-Wan’s heart stammers at the sight of him. It seems Obi-Wan does know him from a galaxy far, far away.

Summary
Wen Kexing pressed the brush against Zhou Zishu’s skin. It was cold, and Zhou Zishu shivered. He didn’t know whether to look at Wen Kexing’s face or the black lines of fate running across his ribs. His eyes settled on the pout of Wen’s Kexing’s mouth and the fine slope of his nose. The pink skin of his ears and the soft curve of his eyebrows were equally enticing. The tickling feel of the brush faded as Wen Kexing’s eyelids drooped in concentration.
“Lao Wen,” Zhou Zishu murmured. Heat built in his core.

In which Wen Kexing writes his name on Zhou Zishu. As the person who knows him best, it shouldn't rub off. Only, they've done this before back when Wen Kexing was known by a different name.

Summary
Wen Kexing hummed and tipped his head back. “My wife says that you are to be trusted.”
The comment threw Zhou Zishu off-guard. He drank deeply from his own bottle to hide his surprise. “Lord Wen seems to imply that I should not be trusted by default,” he commented, wary of his handicap at midnight. They were sitting far too close. Wen Kexing could slit his throat with his fan before he would be able to grasp the hilt.
Wen Kexing cocked his head. In the celestial light of the moon, he resembled the Ghost of his name with a pale face and dark eyes. “You’re the leader of the so-called Window of Heaven, are you not? Does that make you a trustworthy man?” He held up his hand before Zhou Zishu could respond. “No need to play coy with me and deny it. I wouldn’t have earned a reputation if I didn’t know the type of snake I’ve invited through my front gate.”

In which Wen Kexing never drinks the Meng Po soup and cuts down the Martial Arts world in one fell strike. As a new power in the Central Plain, he marries Princess Jingan by order of the Emperor. Zhou Zishu follows her, as Commander of her Personal Guard, to her new husband’s estate on one last task before he takes the seventh nail. -

Summary
Both of their cheeks were flushed red, and their horses winded, by the time they reached the crest of the hill and gazed out over the view. Wen had a wild grin on his face and Zishu matched it with one of his own. “A fair prospect would you say?” He shouted over the stamping of the horses.
Wen nudged his horse closer and soon their knees knocked against each other. He looked directly at Zishu when he said “A handsome sight, to be sure.”

Summary
