Summary
The one story when Derek and Stiles get together, but not everything is fine. Stiles had caught Derek cheating (again) and this story is him struggling with it. Struggling to accept it, struggling to tell Derek that he knows. Another big bad comes to town when Stiles is already falling apart. The pack is too busy to notice Stiles destructive behaviour, the smell of drugs on him. Derek knows Stiles knows, but believes the only way to express himself is physically and with gifts. So Derek steals from his one night stands and gives them to Stiles. Stiles knows Derek is prone to cheating because that is how they got together in the first place. Derek cheated repeatedly on Braeden for him.

Stiles messed up. Falling for Derek wasn't a part of the plan. Falling for Derek was not what he wanted. What Stiles wanted was to be wanted . Stiles was supposed to help Derek, not hold him back. So even if it kills him, Stiles swears to leave Derek alone. Even if it causes him to spiral out of control, he will leave Derek alone.
Derek messed up. Somehow he drove Stiles away. Forcing Stiles to leave was not what he desired. But the lack of his presence, the comfort Stiles would be there to catch him, Derek realised one thing. He fell for Stiles. It doesn't matter how hard he has to search, to push his own comfort zones, Derek will tell Stiles just how he feels.

Summary
I’m absolutely positive about three things. Well, mostly positive.
First, my flatmate isn’t human. While any passerby with a link to his blog and a vendetta could verify that, my reasonings are a bit more in depth. No, he's a vampire, and the hilariously-cliché brooding type to boot.
Second - well, this might be wishful thinking, but I’m rather sure he wants to kill me. No more than I want to kill him, I’m sure, but it makes for paranoia every time he leans in too close, his breath a little too cool and tantalizing against my skin.
Which brings me to my third point: I think I’ve developed a bit of a crush on him. May my soul find salvation.

Aaaand that was usually when Dean tuned out. His expression blank as he continued to chew his burger and wait for Sam to finish trying to give him the minute details. He just needed the main points. He really didn’t know why Sam even bothered with his whole spiel anymore. Dean never got it when he said it all like that anyway. They both knew Sam could explain it in one sentence, but he didn’t, so Dean was just gonna tune him out.
“...think it would be best if you and Cas went undercover for this one. That way-”
“Wait what?” Dean interrupted.
Sam sighed and gave him a bitch face that let him know he knew that Dean hadn’t been listening. “Couples disappear from some creepy resort and spa inn. I don’t wanna be your fake boyfriend. You and Castiel go to the inn. You find whatever’s makin’ these people go poof and you take it out. Get it?”
