Summary
In the summer before his fifth year at Hogwarts, Harry is drawn to a room in Grimmauld Place. Like the Gryffindor he is, he enters the room without fear. The room is a library, and Harry is surprised to find that he’s eager to learn.
Then he gets the bad news: he’s been accidentally expelled from Hogwarts, and he needs to be sorted again. Everyone is confident that he’ll go straight back to Gryffindor, but with what he's been learning, Harry’s not so sure.

If someone asked Aizawa why he hadn't just arrested the kid when he'd first met him, he'd tell them this:
It wasn't his damn fault most hero schools let incompetent idiots graduate with a license. He'd assumed they were just a new underground hero; sure their fighting technique could use some improvement, but overall they handled themselves well. Which is more than he could say for some of the new heroes these days. And to be fair, he'd never met a vigilante who actively avoided killing people.So when he stumbled across a perfectly capable, newly graduated hero taking down a drug dealer, he shrugged and let it go. They needed more people doing underground work, anyway.
Looking back, he wasn't sure it was a blessing or a curse that he hadn't checked to see if they had a hero license. If he did, maybe they wouldn't have ended up here. He'd sooner kill himself then admit it out loud, but a very selfish part of him couldn't be anything but grateful.

Both of them have to find a way to get out of the Yakuza compound and back to freedom, but in the meantime... Shouta guessed that he could spend some time trying to gain the boy's trust. That would make this easier after all.

Izuku remembered arms reaching out for him, trying to get him back. He remembered crying, lots of it. He remembered strong hands pulling him away from his home, from his mother. He didn’t like thinking about then.
Midoriya is taken in by the HPSC and is now being trained to become one of the upcoming top ten heroes. Having seen how hero society is at entirely too young an age, he doesn’t really want to be one anymore. Hawks is nice, though.

Find a place to hide up in and try to ignore the way his head tried to tear itself apart the closer the ice and the snow got to him. Some years it was better than others. Some years he’d stay close to people and warmth and food until the first celebrations had passed and everyone was fat on beer and love.

Geralt worries for Jaskier as the summer fades, his behaviour becomes more erratic and Geralt just wants to help him. Going to Kaer Morhen would get them away from all the stares and jeers of the public and Geralt would give Jaskier something stable to help calm his restless mind.
